I usually forget who my girls are reputed to be made by, I collect - oops, sorry ladies - I accept the gracious offer of each who choses to move in here - because I admire her look and her hair care! Is it possible they were not marked because the retailing companies did not want the maker's name on them? That they wanted their shop name to be what was remembered?
I have the little head but mine is smaller and it says I on front and mine have only two holes and I live in Sweden 😊 I find the head in Auktion here in Sweden

I think they were not marked because toys and dolls were not considered an important part of most porcelain makers product line.
