Finally someone made a video about this! Exact issue, seems like there's a TPS deadspot when hitting it at idle. I've been struggling with this issue for a year. Fixed it by putting in a Quantum fuel pump but now after about 5 months it's back again. It's weird since I'm on a 2019 and it's happened to both the OEM and aftermarket pump. Let me know how it works in the next few months for you!

I found a thread where a guy used a pressure regulator from a Kia in his WR. Externally they are the same but the Kia regulator is set to a higher pressure. In theory the higher pressure would cause more fuel to flow through the injector up to the point of max capacity. Since the bike is way lean from the factory, it could act like a poor man's fuel programmer. The down side is the bike could be too rich in higher RPM because of restricted intake / exhaust. It's less than $20 for the Kia regulator. I'm going to try it and see if it makes a difference on throttle response. I will post a video of it.

@@ufixit I've seen that thread before, if I recall correctly he had to modify it somewhat to match OEM spec. Never thought of just running it as is at Kia spec. I'll definitely keep and eye out for that video, very interested! I'm taking a shot right now at the QFS warranty because the pump only lasted 5 months before it went (OEM was 20,000km).

@@mr.wizard2028 hey man, I’m not sure if this is your problem but I figured out what happened to mine. I had some junk in the injector. Replace to fuel pumps and the fuel line before I realized it. If you haven’t checked that out, it’s easy to get it out, and you can spray some compressed air through it. Maybe maybe!

2017wr250r. Bogs scarelly. Usually only in 4th near 75%-100% throttle at high speed. Its only done it a few time but its scary at 55 on a hwy trying to accelerate and it wont. Any ideas? To me it seemed like old gas. Its only happened when i bought it used riding on the gas it came with. 2x then. And 1 more time the other day after sitting for 4 month (winter storage)

Hard to say for sure but a bad regulator can cause low fuel pressure, which may cause what you describe. Hope you get it worked out.
