his esthetic is lovely and homey, his honesty is brutally refreshing (“people piss me off… and i piss them off” - i feel ya bro 😘) and his ability to make the best of what life sets in his path is what true success looks and feels like to me. well done and well played 👏🏼💚
What a humble man and great workmanship . Good for him to get the life he desires...I hope he finds his land soon as it would be the icing on his cake .
I can assure you I absolutely do not have MH issues of any kind, im in a van because I chose to be, I saved for my van and its conversion, made sure I got debt free and now I drive trucks for a few months a year which I still love to do to pay for my needs and a 3 month winter trip away, not everything has to have MH twist on it, some people and im one of them are naturally happy and content with minimalistic life, having said that im sure some do have MH problems etc...
Good for you , I am surprised you even thought it worthy of a reply, what your doing and have achieved is excellent you crack on, life is what YOU make it not what someone else wants you to be good luck in your future endeavours, I wish I could find a place like you have to park up, your one lucky guy
I could trade my life for this setup It is so amazing and so much soul!! Amazing job, if I ever take the step moving my life mobile then I will take alot of inspection of this 🤩🤩
Greetings from two Dutch people! Cool to see there are so many unique boxtrucks everywhere. I would love to see Guy riding his vespa with the dog in this backpack. Guy, I wish you all the best! You seem like you have sorted it all out. My boyfriend and I agree on many levels with you
Fantastic, Guy seems like a really cool bloke, i love his general demeanor , outlook on life and of course his home. 😊 keep smiling and laughing, it's great to see someone so happy with life. 😊
Very creative and glad to see someone falling into a profession that they love that seems almost like playtime. Looking forward to following him. Curious to see what he does next! Fantastic work!!!
Another nice genuine fella living out his best life & the laughter & smiles he portrays are fuel for me the understanding the road to happiness is minimalist by nature 😊
I concur with him, less means more. Utilise & make do, buy second hand or even better.. free. Currently lived on a narrow boat for 14 years & been slowly seriously considering a more harmonious & a somewhat different life, now I have the funds.
Amazing fantastic inspiring no limits in creation 👌all those trucks also the ski chalet .... And yes Dutches and Mercedezzz ,are the Best !!! For sure,.....i m from Holland and love them.... I ll dream....
Epic as Always!! Truly remarkable what happens when we stop listening to the matrix. We are the evidence of the Creator. He is the Potter.... 🙏🙏 Liveration, glad to see you using the Bluetti system. I have about 16 months using the AC 180 & PS 54. Very pleased. Be blessed.
Great video, fantastic setup! My prairie waggon was the same size as the duchess but with a lot less in it! Just goes to show what can be done when you put your mind to it and repurpose materials.
Incredible setup, some genius idea's in the bar/workshop design. The old style is quality and far more my thing than the modern look. He's got a good setup with the farm. Everything has fallen into place, that workshop is kinda what I need 😊. I can relate to the people piss me off and i piss people off. I don't think i was meant to be part of the expected and structured society, just wish I'd done something about it 30 year's ago.
I am libertarian so I understand him perfectly, but there is a trick - you leave the place where "the Matrix has you" and go to a place, where you have no clue what is going on. Jobs abroad f.e.. But banks closed my accounts, I cannot do many things as I live (on purpose) without the rapist (they call smartphone) and I seriously do not know how long that will be possible. I need a home for having proof of housebills in my name and a taxnumber. I might need a smartphone for banking - I hate that idea. Ever since an idiot invented handies - freedom is over with.
He's very relaxed and laid back, so it's all very idyllic. However, you can tell by his accent and his natural self-confidence that Guy comes from a moneyed background... he's not worried too much about his lifestyle going wrong because Ma and Pa can always bail him out. He can go back to them if he needs a roof again, and will probably inherit their country pile at some point. And the land he's parked on now? Is that his or a chum from Eton or university, a family friend who has a large estate, etc.? Very different to the vast majority of vanlifers or 'alternative lifestyle' people who don't have rich folks to cushion them from life's occasional disasters and bad luck. Must be really nice for him... but he doesn't represent the reality of a true alternative lifestyle with all its stresses and challenges.
@@johnbuffaloiam9741 Thanks. That's what I thought. He comes across as a nice guy and I hope he continues to live the life he wants. I was only making the point that he seemed to have advantages that most of us don't have... money and land, etc., to be free to do exactly what he wants without money worries or day to day stresses and worries of surviving. Nice work if you can get it!
All this from an accent? I can see where you're coming from. But as someone who has a southern accent who's had these presumtions made about them falsely my entire life, it's so boring. Like me presuming everyone with other accents are working class or in poverty. It's really closed minded. And alternative is for everyone. Yes for some it's a hard choice and a choice that's forced on them by a society that's rapidly failing the everyday people. But for some it's a choice because they want to step out of a society that may be geared up to supporting them, but they don't want to be a part of it. So with your mentality, it's a lose lose situation for anyone with a southern accent 😂
He's literally building a forest school for local kids 😂 and you're hating. If I had mummy daddy money I would. And not give a shit if people think down on me. Legend.
@ No, not just the accent. He obviously has enough money to do all these things, plus the land, etc. I'm not having a go at him for being who he is. Good luck to him. I just pointed out that for most of us without a moneyed background it's not easy to do the 'alternative lifestyle' thing, never mind have the land to build workshops, bars, facilities for kids, buy various big vans, spend lots of time in the Alps, etc., etc.. On the accent thing, by the way, he doesn't just have a 'southern' accent (like I do, from a grammar school education in London)... his is an upper class voice, and more importantly, he's got the natural confidence they teach you at a public school and within a wealthy family. Again, good luck to him, but he doesn't represent the average person trying to escape the ratrace, for whom it's bloody difficult. It was fun watching and listening to him, though.
Im in America but i so want a way to make a living on the road so i can plan. So much i look into is a scam. Does anyone have a real way to do it ? Really . No BS please. Doesn't require a boat load of dough. Looking for honesty. I know ,im a handshake kind of person so odds are !¡ Im screwed .
@@mraddyp1 I admit I'm wrong. Sorry. Alternative life style living is for everyone. I live on a narrowboat and I'm not exactly rich nor poor so apologies.
