No, the way you do it is like this. The guy comes up Hey Shorty! You say Hello! How are you doing! My name is xyz. How is your day going? You talk to them properly, in the way you want to be spoken to. The guys, I found will step up their game once they see how you talk and present yourself. They will start to talk more proper or try to... at least that has been my experience! You have to teach them because they may not be sure how to approach you! Let it be a teaching moment because some men think all women are alike. So you have to introduce them another side! Don't talk down to them but try to encourage them to kind of step up a little bit. They will rise to the occasion! I hope that helps!

Factsss! I don't entertain it if it's not a respectful approach. I'll keep walking if it's downright disrespectful or just say sorry I'm not interested. But I also see what they were they saying. Eye contact, smiling, laughs, no crossing arms, light touches (hand/arm). I do both.

I don't believe in being rude but you shouldn't feel obligated to teach, but if you wish and legitimately have overflow(as your handle suggests) go ahead. Sometimes, this is a window for men to start pretending rather than actually elevating.

This is so uncomfortable to watch I wouldn't want to be watched by hundreds of people being told "look at you, you're a problem" she's self conscious because she's being watched and critiqued not because she trying to be stand offish or rude. I'd rather be observed from a far and then adviced privately otherwise my intention won't seem organic. For all we know this woman does have more openness than people want to give her credit for and we didn't get to see the full scope because of the situation she's in.

I don’t dig that “expert,” she seem like she has very low expectations and does 50:50. Touching a guy at the first meeting?? Omg, lady, we are trying not to have physical contact for as long as possible.
I mean a man can't know how you want to be approached because we humans are not the same. So sometimes we can bring different vibes in our approach depending to what energy she's giving before thee approach correctly or incorrectly.

I understand her reaction because it all depends on the guy's approach. If a guy comes to me with a certain attitude definitely he'll get a version of me but if he is respectful, I'll warm up to him
The question is how's that working for you? Remember in the end, it just conversation. It does not cost you nothing, and you may learn something at minimum.

@@sherwood9917 Respectful and pleasant is always a good start. However, no one advocating whistling at a lady. I don't care how cute a woman is. No real sense of humor is a deal breaker for most men. It is not a job interview. Attitude shows baggage. No one wants a bag lady. If a woman is a stick in the mud because of her past experiences or some preconceive notions about some uniform way she should be approached, most men did not get the manual or memo. She'll become invisible to a real sincere guy. Who needs that trouble. She'll never be a happy wife, so you want have a happy life.😃😃

She said that she only has a negative disposition when she is approached in a way that she deems to be disrespectful. Finally, she does not have to be a wife in order to have a happy life. @@sherwood9917 I was referring to guys position regarding a happy life. You can't make a scorn woman happy. She has that option to tell a guy to keep stepping. I'm certain they are not getting a beautiful smile initially from her either. Most guys don't like them rolling eyes and folded arms. They can get that from a mother or an aunt. So like they've been doing, they will keep stepping. No harm- no foul. Her good day socializing is scary to most men. I'm just saying.
She is great women form my point of view , a lot of guys will like her personality, clear and firm and loyal lady. you can live with her for life with no worry, she is just need a man with warm feeling to make her relax.

" I was raised right so I have standards" Is sometimes an excuse to be unreasonable. I think her body language has become a habit and she needs to unlearn it, before she does it by accident with a good guy.
Men do not want mixed messages, they get very angry if they feel you are flirting with them and leading them on, then you go cold on them because you weren’t really interested from the start. I think this lady is right to be protective of herself and not into messing about with men’s feelings. She just needs to tone it down a little as there’s no need to be rude or sarcastic. THAT is off putting to men.

A perfect demonstration as to turning your body & torso away from someone as it has happened to me recently. Exactly right & show her the same disinterest & mirror what she does. I would definitely just mirror her actions in return & just show her my disinterest by doing the complete take away & by walking away in keeping my distance & talking to others as I did this recently. Why would anybody even bother to approach such a female or anybody in that matter who just clearly displays this kind of body language in clear view in front of you & or others? This is a clear spit on the face as nobody would even approach such a garbage of an individual & especially if that was done in intent in front of someone else who clearly sees this. A HUGE RED FLAG!! Since she has done this & other kinds of disrespectful behaviors to me & that includes insulting me in being sarcastic, I just got charged her to the game as she got eliminated by me in just dropping her like a hot piece of coal & cutting her out of my life. Extremely Disrespectful.

I have had people tell me that I'm a very serious lady and men will find it hard to approach me. I'm an introvert but not a serious person. 😅
It’s not that men will find it hard, they will just avoid you all together and go to a woman that’s more welcoming.
Some women don’t get this and normally end up never married, used up and alone.

From the role play, she doesn't seem the way they made me perceive her. She rather seemed to be the kind of woman who doesn't feel comfortable being approached by men who don't have the major qualities she's looking for .

The world doesn't work that way. If you're an intelligent decent human being, you treat everyone with kindness and respect. What you put out in the world- you get back and sum.
Saying this as a male, she comes across as miserable with negative energy. No one wants to be around that especially if you're a guy that's got it going on which she is looking for and can't find in the daytime with a flashlight because of her stank attitude. Most men with common sense keep it moving, and she becomes invisible.

In my opinion, no man who is looking for a certain type of woman should never approach a woman talking about “hey shorty”. As a woman, that shows me that he is either trying to be street or from the steeets and he is used to getting the attention of women that way. I get what Steve is saying about how men feel because he is a man. However, all a man has to do is be himself. No need to act or talk like he is a rapper. That’s foolish.
