Waw! This is yoga like I've never done before! So challenging but so much fun! Just did this right after your "30 Minute Intermediate Yoga Workout | Juicy Heart Opening" video and I gotta say this was the best practice I have had in a very, very, very long time. Something about this combination really allowed me to get deep in to my breath and I built up such a sweat for a slow flow with the constant engagement of belly, breath, and mind. Your classes are just so kind to the body. I, as I am sure many of us, would love to see more videos from you!

I have been practicing with your videos for about 3 years and this one is perfect for me! I am training for an obstacle race for the first time and my body was tightning and sore. I'm so happy to see a new video! There are so many yoga channels on youtube but i always choose yours. Your flows are challenging and I've found myself opening into poses that i never believed i could do. This was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. When I started I was having lower back pain but about half way through it started to go away!! Plus I love your flow and the was you instruct, I also find you so amazing at yoga!! Hope to keep seeing your videos.
I love the tempo of your videos. Challenging but still with plenty of feel good stretches. Could you maybe do a video on how a beginner should start practicing some of the more advanced moves? For example head stands, chin stands and the splits maybe how to use blocks/walls to help. I'm finding these difficult as I am fairly new to yoga, but I feel I'm ready to start trying! Right now they seem a little impossible (although I did a headstand for like a second hurrah!) Thank you for all the wonderful practices so far!
