Ignoring all coaches struggles in LA, I’m really proud of everyone who had to step up when our starters got hurt. I’ll always be a bolt fan! Just gotta appreciate every second string that pulled up and made things work for both sides of the ball. Stay up bolt fam Staley has one more year to prove he ain’t stupid.

I was a big Payton Manning fan and hurt when he lost some important games but 20 years after his made a name for himself and will be known as one of the greatest.
I see the same in Herbert. I believe!

We may not have liked how the season ended, but you have to love how we got there. We were far and away the most injured team in the NFL in terms of starter injuries and instead of buckling we adjusted and had the best D in the league through the final 5 weeks. It's difficult being a chargers fan, no doubt, but I will always support this team because of the way they fight and improve for us. Keep fighting guys, the SB window is still wide open for us whereas, it's closing down for the bills and chiefs. Both teams are quickly approaching situations where key players (on both sides of the ball) will either retire or leave due to the lack of a championship and/or continued losses in winnable playoff games. Not saying we don't have players that feel similar, but I think the culture and what is developing in LA is now much stronger for player retention than in KC or BUF.

Watching Herbert in Lombardis offense was very painful to watch this year. I would love to see him in McVays offense with speed at the receiver position.

Its crazy how much our offense changed from week 1 and then there after. Week 1, rolling out making huge plays. Then stopped. I know it was probably due to the ribs. But our offense was so inconnsistant last year. That is why Lombardi is gone. I hope K Moore can really blow the top off this offense and let everyone loose! I hope we get a speedster in the draft!!!

How can anyone doubt this man?? I know these are just some of his top plays but let’s be honest, he makes these amazing throws every time! I don’t think there’s any Qb that can fit the ball into those tight windows like Herbert can. He makes throws that other QBs would never even attempt

Bolts need speed at wide receiver to keep teams from crowding the box. They've GOT to find a run game. They need to upgrade the interior D-line... also offensive right tackle. The new offensive coordinator has got to innovate, build around Herbert, and adapt to opponents at halftime.

Whoever the new OC will be absolutely needs to get that run game working to give Herbert more shots downfield. How about utilize that stud FB yall drafted, Horvath?? Ekleler will get nasty with a big ol lead blocker for him. Look at the success LT had with Neal! And of course he had a stellar Oline, but you know what, this Oline is getting better and better every year! Stop with this single back formation crap! Make defenses start respecting the run again, and the big plays down field will sky rocket! Unleash the Herb!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Hate to break it to Charger's fans, but it ain't getting any better next season. Our aging starters aren't going to magically get healthier next season, our idiot coach isn't going to gain 10 iq points during the offseason, we don't have a lot of draft capital, we don't have a lot of cap space, and Herbert's rookie deal is over after next season. The window is slamming shut, very quickly.

This is the reason I’m so pissed about keeping Staley because we have a young phenom franchise QB Justin Herbert and we’re not focusing on Herbert.
We shouldn’t chance his opportunity at success we should give him the best possible opportunity at success.
Franchise QBs don’t come around often and shouldn’t take that for granted.
Yet we r stuck on keeping Staley around for what???
He’s proven he can’t handle being a head coach in the NFL and has no Value as a head coach just simply wasting our time and Squandering Herbert’s career.
Nothing personal against Staley just based on the last 2 year’s of questionable decisions
“ALL TALK” but gets out coached many times should just leave the Chargers organization and become a TV announcer.
Maybe we can trade with Fox for Sean Peyton and we give them Staley to become a TV announcer since all he does is talk as if he knows everything.
