Generally. If their team scales better than yours though, you just need to hope they make a mistake. Have definitely won plenty of games that started badly by farming well and pushing turrets. I've also lost a lot of games where I've dominated in kills because the team had no idea how to capitalize on our lead, or played for their own KDA instead of playing to win.

Sounds like you are having other issues outside of Kled mechanics. Keep an eye out for the jungler, know when your lane opponent is strong, don't just let someone attack you for free. If they outrange you walk back out of their range give up on pushing, or if they are hitting you with short range abilities go in and smack them a few times then E out to disengage or E back in to run them down. Top lane is a dance and sometimes your opponent leads. Like it's a lot to just say and not know exactly what your problems are.
Zwag's title may look clickbaity specially if you check Kled's winrate, it isnt't bad but it isn't 60% plus either but, I'd recommend every toplaner who's struggling in low elo to pick up and learn Kled, it's a low elo stomper champ, almost as easy to play as Garen or Darius but with high outplay potential like Riven or Camille, something low elo players really struggle with. Besides, learning Kled's kit can help you against otp because trust me, you won't beat Kled unless you really know his kit, specially the mounting/dismounting mechanic, as a Yorick main, I stopped playing Yorick and focused on Kled for almost a week, just to be able to beat him, something I also had to do with Trundle, to know the champs... Besides Kled is pretty fun to play and his voicelines are on par with Dr Mundo voicelines, just laid back crazy funny idiots

Absolutely love Kled, he's hands down one of my favorite champions! I can't tell you how many times I've surprised my friends with him - they'll think I'm totally dead when the enemy team jumps on me, only for me to turn it around after getting Skaarl back.
Since release Kled has been one of my favorite champions, used to have so much fun playing him (don’t play league much anymore, just enjoy watching zwag at this point in time)
You can remount twice, you just need the sustain, which is why I like building some life steal or just overall tankiness. Heartsteel might not actually be a bad idea, but sterak's is just a better choice.

Not really. All bonus health goes to Skaarl, not Kled, so you're not feeling the benefits when dismounted. You'd rather build damage so you can remount faster.
