Sun valley adult skating week 2020, MIF with Anita Hartshorn

This class was a particular interest to me since I am working on my gold moves in the field. I have been struggling for several years with my double three turns. This class was very helpful I think I’ve been skating them too slow..more patch like. Anita says they are looking for power and the only quiet moves on this test are the back eight and the brackets.
