Problem is if the screen works and the motor doesn't and the battery is fully charged and no action comes from the motor or PCB the motor is shot. Reason being is that water got into the vacuum
2 dead Dysons. Power on the screen, full battery, nothing happens when the trigger is squeezed. Dyson recommends replacing the powerhead. Moral of the story, don’t buy Dyson, they are absolute trash! Both of these units have less than a 10 hours of use on them. Overpriced trash!!
Yeah man, a heads up that when people are seeking a solution for why their $1000 vacuum won’t turn on, the last thing they want is to be yelled at.

why my daison unit v11 not charging? ty
I tested the charger conected to the outlet using a multimeter and was good, then I tested the batterie and was 26v , the main body was broken.
