Thanks for watching. I haven't experienced any microphonic issues yet. I think it depends on the equipment or amps used. I have been using the Monolith THX AAA portable amp-dac and an Aimpire portable amp-dac paired with either my home built desktop with an Aorus Gaming 7 X399 motherboard, a Gigabyte Aero 15 OLED Laptop, LG V35, LG V60 and now my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 with a USB C dongle and the portable amp-dacs, and so far no microphonic issues
@@theworkoutgeek Microphonic are not depending on the equipment. It's the noise made by the cable outer material, and sent to the headphones. I don't have the New Fantasia cable, but it seems it does have lot of microphonic issues. The Stock cable isn't flexible, but hasn't any microphonic. It's not such a bad cable.
Currently using while watching the video, and my problem is the connection to my Hifiman Sundara, very loose fitting, not in there solid. Dissappointed but does sound better despite that.

Not sure which cable you're talking about, but I have had no issues with the NewFantasia cables, that is exactly why I got them because the ones from Hifiman that came with the Sundara are what you are describing, they don't seem to fit properly and every time I move around and the cable shifts and I have sound and connection issues.

I have seen this cable in amazon. However, a lot of people are complaining of microphonics in this new fantasia cable.

How close is the y splitter to your face while wearing the sundara? I'm looking for a good enough cable till my custom cable are made.
Bullshit that cable sucks, stick with the stock cable. New Fantasia will break in a month and it sounds like it lost definition in the sound
