As always, loved it. The rails have gone to scrap iron in this part of the world, so your videos make me feel like I’ve been visiting old and dearly missed friends. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks for posting Brian. It's a good thing you didn't drown!I hope you get the editor thing figured out.I caught a couple of trains on my place in Pendleton County today. Thanks for posting.
Good grief. We have rainfall in the UK but your downpour was a doosey. Great filming in adverse conditions. Love that whistle from the mighty locomotives.
Hi...Dear friend, Mr. Brian. The patient is enjoying "video appreciation event" on Wednesday who was on standby this time. The patient is surrounded by a variety of beautiful videos provided by the owner and the patient will enjoy in autumn sunshine. This fun entertainment is offered, patient and staff express our sincere appreciation. Again thanks. Your friend:-)Sawa.
*Nice ! These drivers must be very brave ! I wouldn't get a super heavy train in the rain, the rails could split or offset.* *By the way do you have a Little Joe video or recording ?*
I've have screwed up a camcorder and a smart phone in heavy wet snow fall. Too be fair it may have more to do with them slipping out of my hand into snow. Expensive hobby!!
I always like to see the main line of the N&W still being used. Are these storage cars or is there a business that actually uses them ? If there is they must be a great revenue source. I always enjoy your humor and your cute skits with your daughters. So cute. You are one funny dude.
wonder what leaniage those locos have ? the horns sound almost like old earth southern pacific . sp had a very special horn sound and these sound definatly like that .
Les Hemingway I'm setting at the siding at plum run now. I see the spur into the gravel pit is cleaned out and their is a piece of track equipment on the mainline now.
Honestly sad to see the covered position-light signal at 3:39. They're a dying breed and that one looks positively ancient. (Did they cover it, perhaps, because traffic is low enough they don't need it? Or are they planning to replace it with a modern signal?)
They closed the railroad for through freights around 2003 and the following year turned all the cpl signals off and covered them. They will never operate again even though a good portion of this railroad line reopened to a new railroad company.
Makes their reopening sort of bittersweet in a way. It's great to see trains running on it again, but an era has most definitely past there. Thank you for the video - and especially what you had to go through to get it!
I tried Windows Movie Maker. It is no longer available. I downloaded Pinnacle studios and cant figure it out. I downloaded another one and can't figure it out either. I still have some videos to post that I made before TH-cam Editor went away. I am also going to post a few other videos unedited. I am in the process of deciding whether or not its worth fooling with.
Jaw Tooth It goes from Bridgeport Alabama to the edge of Jasper Tennessee. It used to be 58 miles long but they took up most of the track in the 90s so now there is only 11 miles of track left. They still operate those 11 miles of track

Great pan and west-east captures in the rain. Continuity of rail to road transport methods. (around 3:00).

JAW TOOTH? GREAT VIDS but don't need you getting SICK!
Good video
is this the oiltrain from the storage from 222 wagons?
awesome
When did you catch this? Where they going east or west?
Les Hemingway I'm setting at the siding at plum run now. I see the spur into the gravel pit is cleaned out and their is a piece of track equipment on the mainline now.
That's not an oil train. The placards show it is liquefied petroleum gas
Danke dir für dein Abo...ich abonniere auch! Ein sehr schönes Video, interessant!!

Cool video I subscribed #13,507 with a bell 🔔
I'd recommend Windows Movie Maker if that still exists, but if not, try either pinnacle studios, or Sony Vegas

Cool, I have never heard of that. Where is that at?
