8:25 - The 2024 Africa Twin now has tubeless spoke wheels, but they were late to the party... surprisingly so, given the premium price. This ride on US25 north of Lexington is nice, and typical of 25 in most of Kentucky. This makes me long for spring, just around the corner, so I can get out and ride more. If I'm mostly motivated to reach a destination, I'll ride major secondary roads such as 25, 27, 127, etc. ADV Motorcycle is the default profile on my OSMand off grid GPS tablet app and it avoids highways and prefers major secondary roads. If I'm mostly interested in riding no place in particular, I'll program a couple of waypoints to force OSMand to route along tertiary roads where the real adventure lies. 🙂 That V-Strom just hums along.
@@the_original_bluegrassmoto - My G310GS has tubeless alloy wheels. So did the competing KTM 390 Adventure but KTM "upgraded" it a couple of years ago to have tubed spoke wheels. Much as I'd like stronger spoke wheels, I don't consider that an upgrade. If I had a new KTM 390, I'd seal the spoke nipples to make redneck tubeless spoke wheels. I do not want to mess with pulling a tire off a rim, replacing a tube and remounting a tire. I barely tolerate doing that at home every couple of years when I wear out a set of tires. 🙂

Yes, I never would have bought the XT Adventure level of the Suzuki if it didn't have those
