Where is the 28% Crit from the relict set coming from? Hallucination relict i only see 4set +15% and 6set 5% =20%. Is there something i don't see or is it buffed in korea?

For scouter the absolute BiS is grudge, raid captain, KBW, adrenaline, legacy.
However you're gonna have to be a whale to buy that setup, it's insanely expensive right now.
It's cheaper to replace KBW with cursed doll or barricade.

You use a crit relic set because it lacks a lot of crit. Shouldn't that apply to Gunlancer as well?
