The dominant ASMR actually works perfectly for me, you find the right balance between firm, and kind, and comforting, that gets my attention. Sometimes all it needs is someone telling me to come back to the present and focus when my mind is wandering off, someone to 'take control' when everything seems too much and overwhelming. You're doing an awesome job!
Only managed to watch about 10 minutes, then I was knocked out cold. Much appreciated, this one is going on my list of videos to put on when there's sleep a deprived emergency going on.
