I think one of the key for this concept is being short and spicy at the end of the show..a full show focused on the chair would get boring..here yu have the guests whose réactions are priceless and of course Graham gimmicks and facials

You just don't see that in in the usual "talk show" format that stifle spontaneity. He makes his guests feel welcome and safe, all the while he is ready to skewer them mercilessly. How does he do it?
