Looks a little different, then again last time I was there it was called the Gran Melia and that was in 2011
Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much h, Steve S.

Best all inclusive resort for family with 7 and 8 years old? water sports, ocean view, entertainment for kids and adults would be nice!

@@davida7559 I paid 2.300$ for 10 days, but you know I always go 10- 12 days, if you go 7 days , 2 day's you lost, usually you are only 5 days, but when you make reservation, try take last day evening return, then you have full 7 or 10 days how you choose, I was on Bahamas Nasau 11 days 3,400$, and come back home evening with flight ✈️ 8;00pm, that's worth it 👌. THIS YEAR I THINK ABOUTH PARADISUS AGAIN ,FOOD, 10 RESTAURANTS, MEDICAL AMBULANCE, TRAVEL WITH HOTEL BUS FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL, AND BACK, YOU HAVE EVERYTHING, YOU WILL NOT REGRET .HAVE FUN IF YOU GO

Do they have free beach beds for guests near the ocean?
Is it recomendable for honeymoon?
if you watch the soap opera Rubi from 2004, you will see that this resort appears in almost the entire series and yes it is perfect for the honeymoon

I ended up booking a different hotel in Cancun’s hotel zone but maybe someday I’ll come to Paradisus ! It looks nice
The bathrooma look so outdated. The phone on the 80a bathtub says it all..
1:20 to 1:28 is Isla Mujeres not the Paradisis🤣
Poor management - I was not allowed to check out because they said Priceline has not yet paid them. So I was kept in the lobby for 2 hours and missed my reservation for the airport transit.
Hotel room was terrible - There were construction right above my room and the construction noise was super laud from 7am to 11pm. I had reached out to the main desk to complain about this many times, but I was told there is nothing they can do. They can't stop the construction AND they won't allow me to change room.
Food is shitty in Lemon Fish restaurant - OH MAN, I have never eaten shitty food like that in my entire life. BBQ was cold and burnt and sashimi tested like shit.
Swimming pool and beach - Good. Nothing to complain. Clean and not crowded.
Gym - The gym in this resort is worse than a motel workout room
How did you fix the issue with check out?

El peor hotel de Cancún te tratan de dar gato por liebre y al final no quieren facturar el hospedaje para evadir impuestos
Definitely not a 5 star resort, at best perhaps 3, too many walls peeling plaster, painting and electrical issues. I had to have my room changed three times because of severe problems and with that they were extremely slow about it. Overall experience was OK at best.
