Great demonstration with a set of parameters indicated for understanding us without load. Could you kindly do the same experiment with full load by showing the temperature and pressure data at various points as you have sensors. 3 set of data . One is in the starting time and secondly after an hr. 3rd one is at the required liquid temp. All the times measure power consumption or current. This may help us to understand the behavior of this system. Is yr fan is giving air flow towards condenser or compressor?

Wa Alaikumussalam Bhai, Maybe capillary tube partially blocked so through capillary tube flow sahi nhi hoti awr islie pir condenser temp: sahi down nhi hota awr awr capillary tube awr filter garam rehte hai, Ya dusri waja refrigerator bahut tang Jaga ya bahut garam Jaga rakhne se bhi filter awr capillary tube hot rehte hain
Yes of course, The liquid gas damage the compressor, But I have run the unit without water in tank for the purpose of video. I run that for few minutes only

sir , first thing no disrespect to you sir. heat extraction can be calculated by quantity of from ambient temperature to 5C , then work out the surface area of evaporator to extract that much heat , similarly the area of condenser is calculated by inlet / outlet of the condenser flow rate etc etc. in my opinion this designing is beyond the scope of your students.Their primary concern is of daily repair / maintenance of the system. again sorry for my input. I am folly you all the time ,no doubt I am gaining at that maintenance levels
