For those of you who were wondering ANZAC is the Australian and New Zealand Army corps? The thing the cookies were for a military campaine at Gallipoli in WWII, they landed around 3km from their targeted drop zone and were met by a bunch of Turkish soldiers. It turned into a slaughter house and they had to retreat after 3 or 4 weeks of fighting. It is a widely known event in both Australia and New Zealand because of the courage and bravery of the armed forces and to this day we have a entire day for remembering those we lost. It’s kinda a blend of Korean barbecue and Japanese style restaurant. They sell both Japanese and Korean imported stuff, so just a suggestion when you go next year.

How I eat marmite is I get a piece of toast then put a huge lump of butter on it and a slightly smaller lump of marmite then mix it together until it’s light brown.
