You had a brilliant shopping spree! It's so hard to choose who wears which one first. But here's my first go at it. Bridie in the darling green poplin bubble romper with Lottie in the blue poplin bubble romper. Then, and I don't know which baby to put the little knit tops on, but the cream and the pinkish tops on either girl. I think you may have some cotton flowered bubble pants. I don't know what you call them. But they just cover the diaper ... sometimes the have a gathered ruffle round the legs. They're little girly poofy short pants with elasticated legs. At any rate, they may look sweet with the little knit tops? I'm so glad your Doctor is having you get some blood testing done. It will put your mind at ease. You do sound like you've aye feel some better. Take care and enjoy your granddaughter!
Hello my dear friend, thank you so much for your fabulous suggestions. I love them all. I have a small drawer full of baby bloomers, which is what I call the nappy covers you described. I think they will make a perfect outfit with the knitted tops. I just thought of an outfit that can use the unmatching knitted leggings. I can use a blouse, cardigan or jumper/sweater on the top. Bingo! I'll update you when I get the results from the blood test. My darling granddaughter and I, had so much fun for several hours working on the 60 Christmas gifts. They're all done now. xx
Hello Suzanne 😊lovely spending time with you! You’ve kept me company (and distracted me 😆) while trying to sort and organize baby clothes❗️Very nice haul, love all the new outfits! I’m totally addicted to baby clothes! My husband came in earlier and said I could open up a store 😆 Hummmm while you have me lost on the numbers my dear, so description will have to do. So let me see; how about little Miss Bridie in that adorable blue romper with the tiny little flowers and I think grey dots in the center. Not sure if I remembered that right😂. Well I think I’m getting a bit tired now, time for a movie and sleep 😴. It’s 1:45am 😝🫧💐 take care, enjoy the time with your granddaughter ❤! 💕🤗
Hi Christy, wow, 1.45am!! You're definitely a night owl. I LOVE sorting and folding baby clothes, so it's great to know I kept you company while you were doing yours. Your description is spot on, I know which romper you mean, and I'll definitely dress Bridie in it. I got myself all tangled up with the numbers, so thank you for using the description instead. Baby clothes are devine, aren't they. But as your husband said, we can always sell them if we need to. I still love my baby clothes collection too much to want to cull them. My granddaughter and I had a brilliant afternoon together, and all 60 Christmas bags are ready. xx
Hi Suzanne, I think your entire haul looks absolutely gorgeous, but my heart goes out to your last item, no. 9, the fine knit Zara romper 🥰❤️ We have lots of Zara stores here in the UK, but most of them don’t have a lot of the small newborn sizes (size 0-1) in stock. They only seem available online xx
Oh yes, I feel the same as you about that gorgeous pointelle kimono romper. As soon as I saw it, I fell in love with it. I can't wait to dress one of my big girls in it. Interesting that the smaller sizes are mostly only available online. At least that's a way to find them. xx
Hi Dolly What a lovely haul I’m so happy you got everything you wanted. I loved the blue and green bubble rompers 1 and 7 they were but I’d love to see them on Bridie and Lottie. Enjoy your weekend xx Rappy
Hello dear Rappy, Thank you for being here and for letting me know which outfits you'd like to see. I'm excited to dress my big girls in those gorgeous poplin rompers. I hope you'll feel better very soon. Love Dolly xx
