Andrew, this must be very tiring. Please take care of yourself and stay safe. Also, could you give us an approximate timeline? OKMO is waiting for your reply.
We work on specific load boards with specific expedite freight. In my region we don't have much local freight like ours... So doing a video on that is irrelevant to me. I've never used any app for this type of work. All I've heard about app gigs is that they're too cheap and even more competitive that's why rates are cheap on them.
There's lots of videos on the channel I made on what's required what insurance etc. 1st thing is long extended van, commercial insurance 1 mil liability and 100k cargo with unlimited mileage. And drivers must be willing to go otr and stay out on the road for 2 to 3 weeks at a time without returning home.
Vans are cheaper than they have been for the past 3 yrs....so it is a good time to at least purchase the vehicle. Rates are always up and down....just like any business. Theres always ups and downs.
@@Eagle-Xpress I been in the Philippines for the last three years and I sold everything I had in America. I feel like if I get a van asap I could use it has a home and my family is here so I can just stay on the road.
Andrey, have you ever done any videos that do a deep dive into doing business with brokers and how to find good honest ones, and what to look for to avoid the dishonest, unethical ones?
I have not, it takes time to develop trust and understanding between brokers...takes years and years...and even some of the ones weve done business with for 5+ yrs can take you for a ride as well. Today they can be in business for 10+ yrs and tomorrow they can be filing for bankruptcy. Business is always risky, just like any business. All we can do is just take the honest gable in trusting who we deal with and hope and pray we dont get hosed.
Video Idea - should do one on the day and life in the office for dispatch, customer service without giving up trade secrets.
I’m with you Andrey same thoughts here!

Are you guys looking for drivers by chance? I tried the email with no success.
what's the going rate now? hopefully it's rebounded a bit.
80 / 85 right now. Even less in some slow areas. Winter time is always a slower cheaper time in our industry.
Can u make a video on where to get local contracts or should u just use apps when doing local

How much did you make during this trip? It is always helpful to have a full price breakdown at the end.
2100 after taking out 500$ for fuel. Load paid dollar a mile.
I do uber eats, pick up food, package, groceries etc. I would like to do this. How to start and how?

You run the credit checks on the brokers just like they do to you, less risky and you can use nonrecourse factoring.
No we don't run credit checks. And nobody runs credit checks on carriers. It's a trust thing
