Jeff is a leader on immigration policy. He conceived of and drafted a working outline for the Massachusetts Global Entrepreneur in Residence program, adopted by two Massachusetts governors as part of a plan to assist the best and brightest foreign nationals who come to local universities and create local jobs. Jeff chairs Governor Charlie Baker’s Advisory Council on Refugees and Immigrants and is a past chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s New England Chapter. He has been repeatedly recognized for his contributions to pro bono legal services.
Jeff is a graduate of Brown University and Boston University School of Law.
