I simplified it a bit by testing for three scenario's: No preferences set, Consent given and consent denied. Partial consent is a fourth scenario. But if you follow the video's I referenced, you should be able to configure and test this as well.

There is one problem - if people choose a individual cookie preference and not using the accept all button
