Hi, it's not. This item was on the list from the agent I hired. Also, I submitted this requirement and I did get my visa at the end of the day so I think it helps your case if you have it. I did pass that same document with my spouse visa so I'm glad I submitted both either way :)

She is going to be flying to on her own from Manila to London, where I am going to be waiting for her
I agree about getting an agency.. whats the point of having an agency when you do all the organizing and preparing of all the documents.. agency supposed to do all the things for you thats the money you paid for them but if you still do all this things.. I’d rather do it on my own ..
truth, my biggest regret. I've tried other agents that really do all the work for you so for sure there are other agents there that do a good job BUT for this one that I hired for my visa, the price was just not a match to the quality of service :(

Hi, I think we had to get the deed of the house (of my partner's nan) to show that the house had enough space for us. I think your partner can also provide a tenancy agreement if your partner doesn't own the house

For fiance visa it requires to have only met at least once

@@itspatherb Your agent was wrong, we have applied to the fiance visa too and this was not on the requirements list. It is required for spouse only.
