Training day for Scarlett and Papa!

- Today was not the usual taekwondo training because. . . it was Scarlett’s turn to be coach! 💪
And to help keep us going, we had our favorite Nutriboost to give us that extra push.

Scarlett must be so amazing and adorable, at her age she really learned Taekwondo which is a great sport for self defense. Kudos Scarlett keep it up and make your papa proud👍👏🙂
I like this idea and the thought that parents can learn something from their children. Because most of the parents thought that their kids can only learn from them and MUST abide by whatever has been told to them. Kudos to the parents, who know how to listen to their children and also spend time with their children. I can see that Mr. Kramer is a very responsible father. I enjoyed watching your vlog. I’m a Female Tang Soo Do student 1st Gup ( red belt 2 stripes ) preparing for my black belt pre testing. TKD came from Tang Soo Do. So awesome to see her loving her sport! She’s a fierce girl & warrior! ❤️ I’m soo envious of the extra space for training at home! My current home has enough space, but I definitely need more! My yard has 2 acres of space for training, but 90-105 degrees Fahrenheit makes that rather dangerous to train outside.
Next house will have more space to train at home when the weather isn’t good.
Go girl!!!! Keep loving your sport and learning so much more than TKD! It seriously helps you develop into a better person! ❤️

I learn from taekwondo from my dad then I start learning from elementary until high school I really miss so much now I have 2yrs old kid I will encourage him to play that sports taekwondo for self defense too.

At my age of 50 I attended taekwondo class wow ... In the warming up I'm already sweatty.. and when class done I feel very fresh... Just imagine doing all the streching, pumping, jumping.. all kinds of kick 👍👍💪💪 it's like more effective done jogging to me...

Thats a great way to show those "Tiger Parents" to try out the things they make their kids do and see if they can survive it without complaining. Its sad how when the kids of those "Tiger parents" just wants a break or don't wanna do it and their parents just dont understand physically and mentally how it affects their children and they keep telling their kids to keep doing it while their kid keeps getting burned out mentally and physically. Its just sad.
