@@bostonsportsproductions6859yeah I hate to break it to that guy look I hate the astros as much as the next guy but yeah they are kinda owning this decade so far
Koogs, LOVE THESE TOURNAMENTS! i would also love to see one of these tournment style videos go full out with MLB postseason type thing where u have best of 5 for each round with u commentating, i would be overjoyed if i saw a 2 hour koogs video 🤣🤣
I feel like Bernie Williams deserved a spot on the 90s roster. He was the best offensive player on 3 championship teams in the decade. And from 1995-2003 (so the last half of the decade plus part of the next) he was statistically a better hitter than Griffey. I'm not suggesting he takes the Kids spot, but I think he should be in there as the 4th outfielder.
Would love to see you do an all times tournament.....Even if your break it down into an AL & NL and then a 3rd video with the winners playing each other. It would be a ton of work but i think this is the best content since Angels in the Outfield.
Agree crazy, Kershaw was only able to win those cy youngs cause Timmy went down. Timmy was winning cy Youngs in Kershaw prime. Let that sink in and know how great he was. Madison was a monster tht 2014 postseason
You know in HS (mid-late 90s) I remember trying to make full 25 man roster "all-decade" teams with the main ground rule being a player cannot be on more than one...for example you can have Willie Mays on either the 50s team or 60s team but not both. You can have Cal Ripken, Jr on the 80s team or 90s team but not both at the same time. And I made the DH position a "wild card" where you can use any position player.
Koogs you should do a league with every teams most recent World Series team and if a team dosent have a World Series win put in the teams team that was last in the World Series also for the mariners do the 116 win team
Did they ever (as I dreamed they might do someday back in the 90s) make a baseball game where you can play as any past League or World Championship team and they players would in fact perform just like their real world counterparts? For example, how would the '88 Dodgers do against the '55 Dodgers? Or the '27 Yankees against the '98 Yankees? Of course you could use different teams but I think these kind of match ups of the same team but different years, such as '50 Phillies vs '80 Phillies would be the most interesting, I think
This format wasn't fair, here's a better one: Randomly seed two groups of five and have them play a round robin. Send the top 2 in each group to a 4 team knockout tournament: 1a vs 2b and 1b vs 2a. Tiebreakers in the group stage are first H2H if applicable, then run differental.
I love how each decade team is represented by the best MLB team in that decade, it’s a really nice touch.
The astros are not the best team right now
@@ryanbrady0000 maybe not rn but this decade def. One WS Win with multiple appearance and they made the ALCS Every year
@@bostonsportsproductions6859yeah I hate to break it to that guy look I hate the astros as much as the next guy but yeah they are kinda owning this decade so far
Yankees would’ve been more teams if that were so. They could easily be at least 3-4 decades. But I did think that was a fun touch.

Ladies and Gents welcome to the first annual Koogs Baseball classic
We need more
Vid going up with Votto homering in it on the day he retires is poetic love to see it
I know it sick

This is phenomenal idea!
yes this an amazing idea
Koogs, MORE. OF. THIS. I was actually glued to my screen watching this. PLEASE do this again!
2000's LET'S GO!!!!!! I loved this generation!!! You should do a HR Derby for each decade
Yeah, we're gonna need more of these tournament style videos!!
As a reds fan it hurts that you didn’t put them as the 1970s team still a great job on the video.
The reason that the Ryne Sandberg wasn't the starting second baseman for the 80's team is criminal.
Looking back he definitely should have been there! Not sure how I missed him since I love his cards in DD too haha.
@@Koogs46Roberto Alomar should have been the starting 2B

Love that Piazza is catching Clemens
as a boston fan it makes me uncomfortable seeing jeter in a boston jersey
This is amazing- you should make one with a decades home run derby!
I can't believe how good this turned out!
The 90's team not having Albert Belle is a crime. He was a monster
You always surprise us!
Koogs you have no idea how happy I was to see this upload. Just got home from my first day of school and it’s very nice to see a 45 minute video
MLB nerds know that the teams selected were the teams the won the most world series championships in that decade.
Yea anyone could’ve guessed honestly
What about 2020
You know it’s a good day when Koogs posts
28 seconds 0 views bro fell off.
I think you did a great job with what team represented each decade
Let’s go 2000s as a Yankees fan it looks so weird seeing icharo arod jeter and Mariano all in redsox uniforms
Jeter going oppo is “HOMELANDER” meme PERFECT!!
I was very surprised not seeing manny machado in the 2010s. Anyways Great Vid
Lol😂 you made my day thank you for putting a smile on my face
What about the 2000s vs everyone? It seems like they’re unstoppable!

Love these new types of videos Koogs!! Got my money on the 2010s Miggys my favorite lmaoo
Coolest video I’ve seen from a mlb the show guy. Thoroughly enjoyed that koogs 👊🏻
1970s-2010s is the best stretch of baseball of all time
The 1960's were stack with a lot of talent. I mean they have the best pitching staff of all time.
Dude this was brilliant idea, amazing video!
I know it’s all in fun, but 8:39 is sac religious, all in fun or not.
Edit: However, seeing Mike Piazza catching for Roger Clemens cracks me up!
Kong Always delivers
Fitting that Votto went off in this vid following his official retirement announcement today🥲
The 1950's vs The 1990's game was funny
Koogs this video was dope asf
thank you thank you thank you for having dale murphy he is so underatted
Naw this video was legit some of the best gameplay for mlb the show no lie! Could you do another tournament but like the baseball world classic
Love the vids man keep it up
Bro this was lit you should do more of these
(Suzuki Ichiro by the way)
Not having Madison Bumgardner or Tim Lincecum in the 2010s is crazy work😮💨

No David Ortiz is just crazy
That 90’s game is just baseball.
Def do more of this bebe
Loved seeing the Hall Snub being the GOAT
Lets Go A-Rod. Thats my GOAT❤
1990's i was hoping there would be joe carter. The 1993 world series he won was crazy.
Why isn’t Tobias Myers on the 2020s team?
Roberto Alomar should have been the starting 2b
Ohtani now about to join Robinson with MVP titles in both leagues
12:04 is that ted williams of javy baez haha
Everybody get ready for a new Westen Wilson cycle card
8:51 That is Not Barry Bonds, THAT IS RUBEN SIERRA
Framber being the guy to come in for the 2020s was very interesting
Great job on the video! Only suggestion I have is showing us the leaders in stats at the end of
Koogs you should do a league with every teams most recent World Series team and if a team dosent have a World Series win put in the teams team that was last in the World Series also for the mariners do the 116 win team
80's: Valenzuela, Clemens, Gooden, Scott. Crazy rotation
Fire video Koogs🔥🔥

0:25 wrong. Not power hitters, but steroid users.
NEVER put Derek Jeter in a Red Sox uniform ever again.
Thanks 😃
Now let's do this with 3 game series. Lol. I love it! And where is this roster?
He said frank robison is the only person to win mvp in the al and nl l. I thing othani might do that this year
love this content. amazing video thank you
As a Cubs fan, I am a bit biased, but still surprised to not see Ernie Banks or Ryne Sandberg on rosters in their respective decades.
Dude, Bob Gibson almost never came out of a game. He literally had 13 complete game SHUTOUTS in one season
This video really made me wish A-Rod was in the game
As a Yankees fan it should be a crime putting jeter in a red Sox uniform
For real
What rosters did you use
How do you set up characters like this on teams
PLEASE DO MORE OF THIS
New KOOGS VID🎉🎉🎉
Where did you get the rosters?
Wow, this was a great video idea. Nice job
Can we see this next year? Hopefully the REAL A-Rod will be in the game officially
How did you made older trams playable ?

Just at the seeding so far, the 60's and 00's seem like the two teams to beat imo
Let's go the 2010's
How Gehrig and Ruth were put on the 30’s instead of the 20’s is beyond me
Crazy that you made Ted Williams play in a different jersey at Fenway
Is this roster in the vaults?
Chuck Finley is my favorite character on Burn Notice.
Kenley blowing it for the 2010s couldn’t have been more realistic
Something snapped in my brain seeing Kershaw in a Giants jersey 😵💫
Did koogs use barry bonds twice
Tim lincecum snubbed HARD
Koogs I love your vids bro
R.I.P Fernando ( I’m an Astros fan, but I can respect legends)
Would like to see this tournament with a best of seven games for each round
Clemens and Piazza battery mates just like that one all star game 😅
A screwball was thrown a lot in the 30's. Its like one of the oldest pitches lol
Nolan Ryan could play on the 60's 70's 80's and 90's
Way to keep the content fresh Koogs, great video!!!
Every like this comment gets I will do one push-up
Biggest cap
Cap
Great content
next one has to be states! California is probably stacked.
Christian yelich should be on the 2010 team I think
Would love to see an all time teams simmed season and post season
Yeah same
I would like to thank you for adding Todd Helton
