Thanks for keeping us updated. You two are doing a wonderful job. Love the wood on the roof. Can’t wait to see the kitchen once installed. Keep up the good work. Happy Camping! Ben, Tiffany & Gracie 🌸
Thanks, I know you guys built two vans so you know the work evolved. It’s not a cute as your current rig but we love it. 😊 safe travels ! Btw I got your email just a little behind on reply’s.
I'm not sure what I was expecting however this is like a beautiful van build... I'm so impressed it's so nice... That's all you need and you're able to stand and everything how wonderful... I'm so happy for you two❤
Your energy level is inspiring for sure. Thanks for sharing with us. My brother in law and I are tent campers and we’ve hung it up for the year. Too cold for these old bones. But we’re itching to get out again in the spring. We’re trying to be prepared for dispersed camping, and hoping that will be more enjoyable than traditional camp grounds.
I certainly remember three years ago when you guys visited us in Seymour to see how we were doing with our Transit van build. Nancy said then that you guys would be doing something similar in the future. And the future is now! We love traveling in our Transit - all in one. You are right - filming a van build series like we did really can slow things down, but were still get a lot of folks watching our extensive series.
I appreciate all the van builds we watched. Hope in the near future to do a van tour explaining how I built it we took lots of pictures and document it along the way. Thanks for the encouragement and inspiration.
Ed you are doing a fantastic job on that van. I’m extremely happy for you guys. Can’t wait to see it at the rally. Enjoy your time in Costa Rica. See you guys in February.
You emphasized several times how much work it is but, like with building your Runaway, it is also a labor of love at the same time. You haven’t mentioned this but because I’m very close to your age I wonder if you are a bit like me in that my knees are showing their age. To be able to stand becomes a greater value and benefit as we age.

It’s been a long time in the planing phase.

My knees are in great shape but I have Parkinson’s so that takes its toll on me. I take lots of rest breaks. Having said that is a fun project
Great prelim van tour! Are you going to install solar on the roof?
Not sure at this time. We are going to see how we do then make a decision
So…. You traded Little Dude for Big Dude! This should serve you well!
Hoping Nancy doesn’t get lost in the abyss! Abuss? LOL
