I came here because of the Live CD version of this show on the 2012 3CD release of Hubcap and The Last Dog and Pony Show. "Hanging Tree" at about 1:06:30 is so freaking amazing, man. You guys just crushed it that night. I was just looking for the audio of the CD, but the whole damn show with crowd audio is so damn cool! I've had the whole concert playing on repeat in my car for like 2 weeks. :)
According Bobs Book, he fired Cerveris right before this Gig....to me he 's playing great here, on point.... seems a like a personal thing between them... jealousy, ego, unanswered love....who knows ?
Cool footage from my least favorite era of Bob Mould's career. Whoever filmed this must have been in love with Billy Corgan (Cerveris). Why are we watching him while listening to Bob play a blistering solo? Bob Mould doesn't need a second guitarist.

My favorite live album ever. Thanks for posting the video! Cerveris had a pretty interesting career after being let go by Bob. Movies, Broadway, etc.

Read my mind...Cerveris is a SUPREMELY talented musician & singer...but, no match for Bob's prowess!
