Tip for your ocd for the mess! Pour your prepared batter into a glass Pyrex jug and then pour the batter into the supplied measuring cup! Zero mess! It’s what I do when I make them with my Sunbeam waffle maker! Awesome video as aways!!! 👍
Great review yet again! From my experience with an "old school" waffle maker it is definitely less messy and probably easier to clean. That in itself makes the added cost worth every penny. Adding spices to dry to make gingerbread waffles is a must try Marc...
Hey from Germany 🇩🇪 I’ve watched a bunch of your videos now trying to figure out what to buy and at first, I’ll be honest….I thought it was just another „weird“ review channel. But you guys are actually pretty hilarious 😆 and give great and honest reviews. Thanks for that!
Ninja is just taking over. I love their products. Just a tweak the waffle makers are between $107 and $129 Canadian on Amazon. I was browsing last night.😊
Specialty setting is actually for thicker batter with higher sugar content. Like cake, banana bread, muffin etc. I like to buy the Giaradelli muffin mix at Costco
Just a suggestion.....it works better adding the dry ingredients, to the wet in this case. I absolutely love my machine, and just ordered one for my mom and sister.
Do the waffles even get firm and crunchy? I've heard with the top loads, the steam only exits the top, and prevents the waffle from getting crunchy. I'm looking at the Ninja and Cuisinart, but since we like crunchy, I don't know if this will work for us.
They got a bit crunchy with the longer cook time, but that may just be them becoming overdone. I wouldn't say it made them really crispy on thew outside while fluffy on the inside as I think you're referring to. Thanks for watching! - J
Could you cook a liege style waffle in it (thicker dough). I am assuming you could just open it up and out the dough in rather than pour through the top? I would like to be able to make them and so am sitting on the fence!
Having the handle and the top opening be the same color and the top portion being where handles are on most similar devices is going to lead a lot of people making that same mistake of trying to close it using a hot surface. There really needs to be something covering it, even if it's just a silicon sleeve that can be removed for easy cleaning.
Since Ninja doesn't manufacture stand mixers (yet), we are still waiting for your nice Cuisinart stand mixer review😂😂. It may sound weird, but for me the unbaked batter section is the most appetizing😋😋.
Can you tell me how long the cord is? Looking to replace a dead waffle maker, and the cord on that one was too short, making things awkward at times. Thanks.
That was the most lumpy batter mix I’ve ever seen 😂 and you didn’t fill it to the line suggested you over filled way above the line. Just watch the video 😂 You clearly filled it to the brim the outright said you filled it to the line suggested 😂 you do crack me up 😂

Thank you soooo much !! I’ve been to Germany twice and LOVE IT there. Amazing people ! Thanks for watching and the comment ! Marc 🇨🇦

Nice! Thanks for watching! - J
The ninja waffle maker isn’t that good though.

For muffin waffles? Interesting. Thanks for watching! - J
@@TheAverageKitchen Yes. Not all models have the preset but I believe 2 would be suffice

Great tip thanks ! Marc
Love your videos, Marc & Jamie!!! Great product! Probably will buy because of your reviews!
Thanks so much for all your support! Greatly appreciated! - J
P.S. the Devils look good for next year!
@@TheAverageKitchen Yes, J, they certainly do! Thank you! :)
Do the Ninja Waffles come out crispy? Or is there an extra step you have to do, in order to ensure they do?
The longer they cook, the crispier they turn out. - J

th-cam.com/users/shortsSBuZvp4iNRQ?si=Ld_XUhJY4n_kRkYk for reference to what I'm talking about :)
Maybe you could, but I don't think it's made for that. - J
Try it? LOL :)
So which setting did you prefer you said 3 at first but then said no when you taste tested that one?
I think it was either 2 or 3 that I preferred if I remember correctly. Thanks for watching! - J

You forgot to review the air fryer/dehydrator setting. 😂
Haha no kidding! - J
Did you have any oils come out at the bottom mine drips some down
Not that I ever noticed. Marc
Can you tell me how long the cord is? Looking to replace a dead waffle maker, and the cord on that one was too short, making things awkward at times. Thanks.
Very short.
Thanks. Not the best news, tbh.
Next time you should separate the eggs then whip the egg whites. When stiff fold them into the batter.
Great tip! We were just following Ninja's recipe. Thanks for watching! - J
@@TheAverageKitchen I have to support a fellow Canadian.
Glad to have your support! - J
There is a line inside the provided cup. Put your batter above that line to measure the perfect amount every time…
🤙🏼🤙🏼
32 inch cord?
Not 100% sure.
the extra is the cooks taste lol
You got it! - J
I do not like baking, but i can do this. My wife wants a waffle maker! Hmmmmmmm........ Our counter is full of Ninja products whats 1 more?
Our thoughts exactly! - J

Dude, what do you mean it’ll take 30 min to make waffles for 4? You’re making 4 waffles at a time.
I suppose it's 4 tiny waffles at a time, if you cut it up. They would be pretty small though. - J
