Hello Taco...( Suggestion?) as you panned back to the van (like around 16:45 ) as you tossed stuff in the van and the clothes on the hangers... you van is NOW packed and looks as bad as the storage unit. You now have to pick up all that loose stuff in your van.... wasting a LOT of your time. Wouldn't it make sense to arrive with 4 or 5 large totes (you must have from previous units) and instead toss the loose clothes and other such items into a Tote? Pick up 1 tote or 20 pieces of clothing laying in the van... again. Plus you can stack the totes. You are doing double work making it harder on yourself. " Work smarter... Not Harder". We all know you are a hard worker...can't deny that. Change is good.
I have bought Prada glasses in the past and a clue to identifying designer items is that every part of the item has the name stamped on it, even tiny parts. You should be able to trace the serial. number as well.
You need to set up a tripod for your camera so you will have two hands to go through everything. I thought people weren't allowed to store food in units because it brings in micr and rats.
Yay! Another treasure hunt in a storage unit! You didn’t do bad & hopefully you’ll find more $ in the purses. Good job Taco! Thanks for sharing! Blessings to you and Salsa! ❤️✝️
My friend always buys his jeans at the flea market. Never under estimate the power of the $1 bin when selling at the flea market. You can try the box of stuff for $5, have a big pile of clothes and pretty much everything and anything and let buyers fill a box for $5 a box. Good way to move bulk.
Hi there Taco. This was another fun and interesting storage unit. You definitely will make your money back and then some. I always enjoy the hunt of you finding treasures. I hope that you and Salsa have a wonderful weekend Taco.
Taco I come back from shopping and put away my stuff then relax to watch your video, then I rethink the necessity of half the items I brought home 🤣 I’ve got to remind myself about your storage locker videos while I’m shopping!!
Hi, I do enjoy watching with fascination when you buy a storage unit. They are so interesting to watch, looking into the life of someone else. Getting a sense of what they were like. I do wish you would do a bit at the end once you have sorted everything out to show us what if any interesting or valuable items you got out of each unit. That would be awesome finish x
that is a great idea. It is a challenge to get all that stuff out of the unit in time, but we are all nosy and want to see all the stuff, lol. If you took it all home anyway Taco, you could show us the stuff at home where its more comfortable. I would also watch a longer video for it. I love watching your channel and I love storage unit videos.
If you are doing a storage unit without someone helping you, Taco, you need a folding table to put a bag or box on and THEN take the stuff out so we could see it. You took that IKEA bag and pulled out one item (a shoe) and then put the WHOLE bag in your van. What was in the IKEA bag? What is the difference if you took your time and showed us what is in a box or bag, even if it is a longer video I would watch it!
@@TacoStacks I hope you still plan on doing TH-cam! Why not just take about an hour or so, not rush, just have a Tripod for your camera like you do the mail opening ups. Get small storage units that would take you about two hours or so and set up a table to open the boxes. Then make your video and you could have it in 20 or 15 minutes segments. Like Part one, part two, and so on. Why have it in one video? You could put it out like that without rushing. You don't need a camera crew to spend more money on. That would take out of your profits.
@@TacoStacks You just need to get a chest harness for your camera instead of trying to do all of the box opening, etc with one hand. It slows you down alot and I feel like the other complaints about you not showing what youre uncovering would be helped by having two hands to go through this stuff without it taking literally HOURS.
Those Prada sunglasses are real because they have a serial number edge on them you can look them up and find out how much they're worth based on the serial number they are newer ones and should at least bring about 20 bucks on eBay
Auction Unit Clean-out: the standard required in our area, to get your Clean-Out Deposit back, is to not only clear the contents, but to leave them “broom swept”. Meaning you sweep out the floor, too. It’s at that point that I always take a photo with my phone, showing the swept unit, with the unit number clearly showing in the shot. If I had to leave a cleaning deposit, I take the photo up to the office as I exit, which saves me from walking back with the staff, to show the unit is clean. If the office is closed, when I finish, some facilities will let you e-mail the photo and they’ll refund your card for the deposit when the office opens again. I started doing the empty unit photo thing after a friend of mine got charged an unexpected fee on his credit card. He broom swept his, but someone else clearing a unit that day noticed his unit had no lock and was empty. So as they sorted/loaded the one they cleared, but they put all their unit’s trash and unwanted items into the one he’d just cleared, after he finished. He was working on a weekend and left when the office was closed. Some facilities give the buyer a temp gate code, so the can work on the weekend, when the office isn’t staffed.
I discovered Rene's channel because of yours. Enjoy watching you both. And is always a treat when I get to see videos where you are both in them together
In my area jeans are cut into squares to use to make comforters that are sent to areas of need overseas and northern Ontario The well known agency in Canada is Mennonite Central Committe . Purses and bags are also made using denim Let the purses warm up that are salable then stuff them with the clothing that is also going to be sold that way they will hold there shape
Hope you can do a follow-up to this video. Sure would like to know if you found anything of great value after you go through all of this stuff. Thanks Taco Stacks.
Taco stacks! Taco stacks! Taco stacks!!! Winner winner chicken dinner!!! I really appreciate you taking us along!!! So much stuff to see !!! Thanks for taking us along and for sharing this with us!!! Stay safe stay great!!!
The Prada glasses are suppose to have Prada written on them many times. You can also check the serial numbers on it with I believe Prada’s website. Nice score today Taco
Hay Toco, while you do the clean out and you show us some of what you find you could lay everything out at the end of the video that is worth showing. I think that would satisfy most people.
Glad you were able to recuperate your initial investment. The flea market items will hopefully carry you well into the bonus side. The clothes, purses, belts, etc. should easily triple your $15. Salsa girl will have plenty to inspect when you get home. Thanks for sharing. Take care, Taco Stacks. ❤ to you & Salsa
The small Ikea bag I use for clothes pegs(pins)one long strap goes on your shoulder so you can dip in without dragging a peg bag along the line.Where I live(Greater Manchester,England) is very windy, ideal for line drying .I bought storm pegs otherwise items end up in next doors garden(yard)😂😂Pegs are clean and dry and handy to grab on the way out
I loved hanging laundry 🧺 on the line when I lived in a house, especially my sheets. One year in November it was sunny out so I decided to hang stuff out. Next thing I knew it was snowing 🌨 😂
You put a box in the van to look at and that might be a plan whilst you're filming one handed, if the sun's in the right position. Good luck going through all those purses and pockets. And untangling what I think is a bag of scarves. Love to Salsa x
First thing I seen was the big aluminium grain scoop (shovel), that was worth the money right out of the box, everything else was gravy. The CD thing at the start also,, was a car radio. If you don't have the faceplate, not good for anything, not worth much even if you do. The speakers in the bag looked like car speakers as well, they may have some value depending on brand. The hand wipes can still be used in the shop to clean hands, just no guarantee on the germ killing ability. Well worth fifteen bucks. 👍👍
I so enjoyed this video so much. I can't wait to go see Renee. Renee is the one who turned me on to your channel. I am so glad I subscribed. I would love to dive into in the women's bags and boxes.❤Anyone else?💫Thank you Taco for all of the work that you do to bring great content. Taco, at around 23:57 in the video you throw down a brown checkered purse on the floor that could be a Louis Vuitton Speedy Bag Damier Pattern... of course it in all possibility, judging by the caliber of the other items in your haul it may be a fake, but if not it's worth the big bucks!
It's a vintage Michael Kors purse and it is real. Been around for a while. I have several of his vintage sports coats from his first line that were tossed out....
On the gold coin if it's not Susan B. Anthony it could possibly be Sacagewea....not sure if spelling correct. And I believe the Prada glasses are real. Check for a serial number. Prada is an Italian product. Good luck with them!
When it comes to clothes, I know enough... to not buy clothes. 15:33 I bet those ciggies were part of why she lost the unit. Spent her rent money on tobacco instead. Maybe other stuff too. Found someone's weed baggie in a parking lot this morning. Left it where I found it without touching it. Magazine rack ... video game holder???? :-) The TP ... too bad Taco didn't score that two years ago! The purses... once emptied, take to the flea and sell for a buck each. They'll go away.
Just a suggestion, maybe you could wear your chest mount camera so your hands could be freed up. I like watching this kind of content but would like to know what is in the purses etc...there is never any follow up on your "you tube" channel.
Hi Taco. I think you did great. Lots of things for flea market and check the purse’s out on line maybe there’s a TH-cam video on how to tell if there real or not you never now. But ya good deal. Take care. PEACE. ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️🐧🐧🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🥰🥰💯💯💯💯💯
Storage auction pirate does now purses very well and has sold a lot of Michael kors purchase you have to look for a heat stamp and all of them are made out of genuine leather

Locker Nuts uses a Chest Mount and it was works perfectly.
Just bring a stool or such to set the camera on.
He used to do that more.

Real leather hardens up like that sometimes too, if you get some leather restorer, and use that to clean and soften them again
That polonis heater is $110 at Walmart on sale right now for $69. Great little heater for a bedroom. There's your money back right there 😊

All those clothes would sell easily on whatnot! Also that huge black bag full of scarfs, some scarfs can be worth a lot of money!
If you knew everything life would be boring as they say " no matter how old you are, you can learn new things every day "
I sorta wish you could empty the storage room out and take everything back to your place to sort!
