The fact that he was able to suppress the primitive urge to press the little clicky-clicky for the first whole 25 minutes in simply incredible. This man has insurmountable restraint.
Clicky-clicky 😂 Love that description
Hehe 😁 I had already recorded the intro, so maybe that's why 😊
Man clicky switches are trash, you might say its good but when you get into the world of mechanical keyboards you'll know
@@sokerok320yeah i started out my journey a couple years ago with cheap blue clicky switches and it was so irritating after a while … started writing long papers for college this year and immediately changed to some much quieter switches 😅
@@spiderandy1778 I used to use a keyboard with blue switches then it broke, i've been using some old dell OEM keyboard for ages now and I love it far more than any mechanical one
That intro gives my eyes tingles, and I am not one bit ashamed of admitting that. Great stuff, keep it up.
Great to hear that :) Thanks for the support :)
same!
What in the blue fuck is eye tingles?
@@toasterperson5974 That's what I'm asking!
I think thats just cancer
The fact that I was shopping for a new keyboard today, listening to all the different types of switches and which one I like. This is much better than going to the store
Cool! Hope you find the right one :D Thanks for watching and for the nice comment :)
I really appreciate how you obviously did a lot of research into mechanical switches to be able to present all of this information. I’ve been into mechanical keyboards for years now, but I remember how complex and confusing it was to first encounter all the different terms, manufacturers, etc. So to see and hear you talk about how you previously had no idea about the topic and then explore it with such depth is amazing! And so relaxing.
I found your videos when I was around 15. I remember at the time you had taken a long break and I used to rewatch the few videos you did every night. All of a sudden you began to post again and I’m so glad you did it. Im 22 now and I just wanted to thank you for all the nights you’ve helped me sleep.
this is like hella wholesome
I like the new intro with the name tapping
Not new but ok
@@freedom_dispenserthink he meant the switch from book to keyboard but ok
I’m just waiting for gta 6
@@Iamthedudeyou and me both buddy
Thanks! Happy to hear that :)
blown away by the new intro!!! absolutely love the key tapping, incredibly hypnotic and sleepy. keep up the phenomenal and unique work that is yours!!! ❤ 💫
So glad you like it! Thank you so much for the feedback! Maybe I'll use it in more videos than this one in the future, let's see :D
wow, I very rarely tingle from soft spoken videos. Maybe 2 asmrtists ever. And today this gave me more tingles than any of the whisper videos I found earlier. If I had noticed the soft spoken tag in the title I might not even have tried this one 😮 So sad I found this when it was too late to go back to sleep :´) Gotta save it for tonight!!
this intro was so creative ahhh!!!!!!
you make us all so happy!!! we love youuuuu!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much! So happy to hear you like the updated intro (I might go back to the usual one after this video though, but who knows, maybe I can alternate them a bit 😊) ❤️
@@ASMRctica all your intros, same or not are always so welcoming and well thought out. pulled me right in when I found u for the first time haha
LOOOL I JUST FINISHED WATCHING UR VIDEO 😭😭😭🤣🤣😹😹😹
I love it when creators of content act like creators. When they put creativity and effort and a bit of their personality in their work instead of being generic. Good for you!
i like putting these types of videos in the backround while i do something because they are REALLY relaxing and helps me focus instead of music. i like having a swedish dude talking about different key types. its so soothing for no reason
honestly, i genuinely really love the spotify/apple music reminders at the start of the videos, they're super tingly and i look forward to them every time
Not only is this relaxing, but also informative! My favorite combo
Ear to ear is stellar as always. Thank you so much.
So glad to hear that 😃 Thanks for the feedback and nice comment :)
Actually very educational. I now know what switches I'll get next.
Thank you so much for your video❤
i'm glad I found this channel again
Your voice is like it was made for asmr, also love the creativity and as a swedish person I find it cool to find a fellow swede! Subscribed
Still listening to it on Apple and love it!! Thanks so much for your great vids. And awesome new intro!❤️🙌
Stoked with the new intro! Awesome work as always Jay 🤙👍
Thank you so much! It was fun to put some effort in varying the intro for once :) Maybe I can alternate both of my intros a bit in the future.
@@ASMRctica For sure!
custom mechanical keyboards are one of my biggest hobbies, so its super cool to see this video!
Thanks! Glad to hear that :D Glad you enjoy!
The intro on its own is so lovely! 🖤☺️
I! HAve been waiting for this momMENT MY ENTIRE ! LIFE
now this, this is perfection
This is, in fact, the video I will be falling asleep to tonight 😍💤
Sleep tight, dream of fluffy clouds and gaming keyboards ❤😅
I've been watching your channel for a few years now. And i have to say you are one of the most relaxing and underrated asmrtist.
Thank you so much, so happy to hear that 😊 Thanks for watching! 😀
Love your videos. Always super relaxing and helps me sleep or just chill out. I recently got a new mechanical keyboard which has some silent brown-style switches (Durock T1 Silent Shrimp) in order to keep quiet and not annoy my housemate lol. Love my tactile switches. Great video as always
That's very considerate of you 💙
So glad to hear that my videos help you sleep and relax :) Enjoy the keyboard :D
I find myself returning to this video quite often even after a month.. great video and plus the new intro didn’t go unnoticed! ❤🎉
Love to hear that :) thanks!
Soooo good as usual 😊 thank youuu
ASMRctica never disappoints, and thats a fact
Loved that magnifying screen thing in the intro. Great sounds
Happy to hear that! Keep track on my upcoming videos in the near future, it's not impossible it might appear somehow someday 😉
wonderful video as usual! 😴
still incredible how original you are as always
That intro is cool!
Cant wait for watching at bedtime
Thanks! Glad to hear you like it :) Sleep well :D
How come I only find you now? You're amazing.
Beyond relaxing....
Thank you for the video.
ASMR Nerd has some awesome enthusiast keyboard reviews.
Thanks for the suggestion! I definitely need to check some of those :)
The intro was so cool!!!
Very tingly✨
YEEEESSSSSah!!
I’ve been looking at all the things custom mechanical keyboards the past few months on and off, and this should be perfect not only as ASMR but also a help to think about switches xd
(Even though I’m mostly set on Gateron 3.0 Yellows _so far)_
That was my entry switch, they’re great and you won’t regret getting them
@@hshs3073 Ooo, thank-you thank you 👀
So glad you enjoy and find this topic interesting:) Thanks for watching :D
Besides the asmr this is a very good video for finding the switches you like as well
I love your voice!! I want a voice like that 😌!!
My finals are soon and this is really helping to destress. Thank you for this :)
aaaahhhhh!! the intro is so good :)
So happy to hear that! Thank you so much 😁
lovely video!
The tape ejecting at the beginning ☺️
It's a mini slide projector, and the one that he has is pretty rare since it was made in the 60s 😃
Nice Video and relaxing ☺️
Thanks :) Glad you enjoy 😊
The intro ia great ❤
ahhhh i loved the intro!!!!
Love to hear that! Thank you so much 😊
TAHT INTROOO, SUPER TOOP!

Love to hear that, Thanks for watching :)
That into was crazy 😂❤
What a wonderful intro!
Thank you! So glad you enjoy :)
The new intro is awesome!!!
Thank you so much :) So glad you like it!
Wonderful 🙏💚
The urge to just slam my hands on the switches
Okay, that’s the best intro I’ve ever seen 😆! It took me WAY too long to to actually find my name on it haha!!
You da best man❤😘
This video is elite
Thank you so much for saying that 😊 So glad you enjoy
Trying to watch this video for the third time to learn about the different types of keys… but I’ve fallen asleep twice 😅
love the intro
Also, to answer a question from in the video, Cherry MX White is basically a lubricated Cherry MX Blue. Apparently when Cherry developed the Blue switch, the loud click was an unintended result, so they dabbed lubricant onto it to develop the White in an attempt to resolve the unintended click. That’s why the White is smoother and slightly quieter. At least that’s what I learned a while ago!
I love the intro
Would love a whole video of you drawing like you do in the intro!
Glad you like that drawing sequence :) Thanks for the request!
ur voice is so good
u need to do a video with that halina viewer thing the sounds r perfect
if you and SRP ASMR had a conversation while Semide ASMR gave you both a head to toe medical assessment,....Im 100% positive my head would explode with tingles
Haha 😂
I saw the thumbnail and immediately thought of The Stanley Parable for some reason.
New intro swagger
Brooo I need an hour loop of intro
Love the intro
Thanks 😊
Your voice is just something
what is the magnefying screen you used in the beginning? super tingly
Damn, this sucked me in good, I couldn't turn it off! Majorly calming and interesting
If anyone is here to actually find good switches, the cherry speed silvers are the only keys I can use anymore.
They activate after being pressed 1.2 mm down isntead of the regular 3 or 5 (whichever it is).
The difference is immense and typing is so much easier.
I'm followed you on spotify

nice video! also, i want to ask, are you planning on doing Eastern Kingdoms map? you already made a Kalimdor map, which I really enjoyed, so I was wondering, if you plan on doing the other continent of WoW too. Thanks ✌️❤️
You should do a video with that halina viewer box!
Glad you like it! Yes I think it would be nice :) Keep track on my upcoming videos, could happen it shows up some day 😉
Would love to see a map drawing video of Roahar from the storm light archive sometime!
Thanks for the request! Looks quite interesting :)
+1 on this, would love to see a Roshar map video!
where did you buy it from? I've wanting to get a big switch tester like that but i haven't seen one that has the same switches as yours
Anyone know if there’s a video of him using that marker in that black board it sounds so good
I think you should do a video of you drawing the periodic table, that would be interesting :)
I really hope this becomes a series
For those of you who hate clicky keys, look into the Razer Huntsman V2.
I really enjoyed the video! Keep up the good work!
Where do you get one of these. Like can i just buy one??
Lovely intro
I would love to see a map drawing of Tyria from Guild Wars 2, it's kinda big but it would still be nice :D
Thanks for the request! I'll take a look at the map :)
The perfect grocery store soundtrack
I am a kailh box brown switch apparently
Based on the new intro lol
Haha didn't realize I kind of put labels on your names 😆 Thanks for continuing support Xander 😊
Mayi suggest zealpc clickies. They are so good
In Japanese, "hako" can mean "box", so in a way those Kailh Hako switches are really just Kailh Box again xD
I see, then it makes sense of course 😊 Thanks for the feedback!
can you give the link to the tester you used
where did you order this tester
Sleeping 😴
Sleep well 😊
wow
hey where did you purchase this??
Author's voice sounds great and it sounds similar to Kim Kitsuragi from Disco Elysium
Good night lol
Where can one get one of these?
Google "kbdfans 72 switch tester" and you'll find it :)
