Geisha actually has 4 different idle animations. The first one is the dance in the beauty form; the second is harder to catch since the prajna form ends before it can play out. If you go into the elevator at golden cave in the prajna form you'll see she does a sort of mocking/threatening gesture with her finger, then puts her fan in her mouth and spins. The third animation is when you stare at her. She does a small dance with her fan covering her face, then makes a pose where she's like peeking at you from behind it. The fourth is when you stare at her in the prajna form and she scratches her face. There's also a bonus one with her pet. If you equip "man in a mirror" she will play around with it.
I found out that using teleport can extend the prajna form. Aim teleport right before her timer ends and it'll reset it. And it won't interrupt the current animation in progress.
There's also an animation that isint really an idle one but when she holds down teleport and a survivor stares at her, her body will spin then her head in prajna form. Its kind of hard to do and took me and a friend a few minutes
I always wondered why geisha doesn’t just fly over the windows considering she can literally float through it without turning it into green slime first also why do some of the male hunters need to spin for no reason when climbing up the ladder

Also, if a hunter has an accessory equipped that changed their carrying animations, their animations for pulling survivors from lockers will also change. Said accessories are Jack - Rose Cane/Rose Cane (Blue), Soul Devourer Mary - Perfect Marionette Michiko - Reluctant Hug Bane - Jingling Bell Joker - Hypnotic Device Joseph - Deadly Invitation
Part 2 : locker, Tram, cart, rolloercoaster, elevator, Stunned (Tram, pallet, Flare gun, and other), Special pet interaction (Geisha, joker, gamekeeper) if you can special animation like DW tomie idle animation, bonbon monokuma recovery hit and other
different skins also has different animation. Best examples are Tentacle Skins from Jack, Monokuma from Guard 26, Bishounen from Wu Chang, Picture Woman and Tomie from DW. Love those skins so much, they actually have something special apart from the look. Also accessories can change animations as well. Other animation can be Ann's cat running, Leo's Ghost and Puppet movements, Soul Weaver shooting webs, Geisha dashing and butterflies,... I mean, apart from the one that all of them had, there are lots of unique ones that only that character has. Tough beat. Hope you can sort stuff out and put out new vids. I'm gonna watch as soon as they're out.
Different animation for Wu Chang doesn’t just apply to the Bishounen skin, it also applies to Requiem. Basically any skin of him that has short hair. He needs more skins with short hair :(
