If you want to apply in UK and can afford fee then you can. In some point you may need financial help as well. Also check with Australia rather than UK. You may apply at cheap colleges in Australia or can transfer there but not in UK.

ACCA is not a degree level. Hence, you can’t apply for such course, even if you apply you are not able to get part time work permit. That is just a professional course than university degree
You have to apply Undergraduate (Bachelor) level degree in UK University to get part time work permit. Money depends on your annual fee at those universities. You have to pay atleast 50% of first year fee.

It depends on you and the course you wanna study as well as fee structure of the university. Numbers of Nepalese student in UK are not studying here by paying full fee upfront. They pay atleast first year fee and come here. They do part time jobs during term time and full time jobs in vacation and manage to save for fees. It completely depends on you mate. I suggest you to study IT Management mainly or Business Data Analytics. It’s quite easy for you to pass the course as well as most demanded jobs in UK in data analytics. You may also check MSc IT Project Management or Management Consultancy. You may even do MBA.
