It's not buggy at all, simply the game's visuals lasting too long and misleading him. The system works perfectly correctly, the moment the Uncloak bar fills he is 'uncloaked'. However because of the game's natural delay and the fact that Ross was impatient, he kept thinking it was not working due to the residual effect of the cloak dissipating. A simple way to make this less confusing for the player would be to reduce the duration of the effects around the edge of the screen.
Humberto Neto - Hits/Downing - 2 melee hits, or 1 chainsaw hit downs a person. If a person gets hit, but then is healed by another person(The person doesn't need a medkit to do this), or heals themselves with a medkit, you will be able to take two hits again. Be aware, you can instantly be picked up by the murderer if he grabs you just as you enter a window, while using a generator, if you are caught in a bear trap, or while doing anything with a closet. - Hooks - Once placed on the hook, they have a 1-5% chance of escaping by pressing space, but this also drains your health every time you do this, and makes the black arms appear sooner. Once the black arms appear, you have to spam spacebar, or else you will die, while this is happening, your health will slowly drop. If you don't do this, you instantly die. If someone runs up to you, they can quickly rescue you, but if you are caught again, and put on a hook once more, you will instantly die. If you are saved from the hook before the black arms start attacking you, the next time you get caught you will not be instantly killed. - Escaping/Running - Windows can be jumped through by pressing space, and even though the murderer can also climb through them, he is VERY slow at doing this. Pallets/Barricades are something you can run past, and as doing so interact with them. This will basically close this path off blocking the murderer. These are extremely useful even after being triggered as you can still jump over them, while the Murderer cannot. They can even be used to stun the murderer if timed properly, as the murderer, if within range of them when hey are triggered, will be stunned. If the murderer is holding another player, this will also cause them to drop the player! NOTE: They can be destroyed by the murderer, but this takes a small amount of time, and often murderers seem to go around them. If you are downed by the murderer, and left on the ground, you can 'recover' by holding a key, but this takes a very long time. If you are downed, and the murderer picks you up, you can press A & D repeatedly to 'wiggle' free. You can also be freed if the murderer is blinded by a flashlight, or stunned. If you are caught in a bear trap, similar to other mini-actions you can break yourself free, or be freed much quicker if an ally assists you. - Escaping the map - The standard way to escape is to activate 5 generators, once this is done, two doors will become active on opposing sides of the map. some little tips for survivors: running will make it obvious where you went as it leaves bright red marks, and causes you to breath heavily even after you stop running, as it also makes it obvious where you are, if the killer is camping you while you're on hook don't try to escape, just waste his time, and if he's camping someone else, it's next to useless trying to save them, use different classes, as they each have their own unique abilities even at beginning level

Hopefully the developers can think of new interesting game modes, different game objectives, a wider variety of killers, different ways to die and things like that to add to the game.

Even though the wraith's cloak works a lot of other things really don't) and as an extension the wraith is currently the most imbalanced killer especially at higher levels.
