I live far from my family too (3 hours airplane/ 19 hours drive). I know how hard it is to be away from your family. We all have to do what we feel is best for ourselves and our loved ones. The ramen looked delicious. Nothing says I'm ready for the cold like a pair of fluffy short shorts. The lights were beautiful in the area around the station. Hi Jess, I remember that Japanese eat different type of noodles in different seasons. In summer i think they eat buckwheat noodles and so on. I have seen they put raw eat onto rice. I haven’t tried that. Maybe it tastes good 😊
