तेलगी जिसका पूरा नाम अब्दुल करीम तेलगी था। तेलगी कर्नाटक में रहने वाला एक गरीब परिवार से ताल्लुक रखता था।बड़े होकर तेलगी,सऊदी अरब में सात साल काम करने के बाद मुंबई में नकली पासपोर्ट बेचने का काम शुरू करता है।इसी दौरान पुलिस उसे दर दबोचती है।इतिफाक से जेल में उसकी मुलाकात एक कैदी से होती है जो फर्जीवाड़ा कार्य मे उस्ताद है।सेम टाइम 1992 में हर्षत का स्कैम शोर मचा रही था।साथी कैदी से ही उसे स्टैम्प पेपर छापने का आइडिया मिलता है।जेल से बाहर निकलते ही उसने इस काम को बड़े पैमाने पर शुरू किया।इस काम को अंजाम देने के लिए उसने MBA कर रहे लड़कों को टारगेट किया।जिनके जरिए उसने बड़े पैमाने पर स्टैम्प पेपर को बेचा।इस दौरान उसने इतना पैसा कमाया की कोई सोच भी नही सकता था की सिर्फ स्टैम्प पेपर की मदद से कोई इतना पैसा छाप सकता है।दस साल तक इसकी खबर किसी को नहीं रही।पूरी सिस्टम उसकी मुट्ठी में था। सन् दो हाजार में तेलगी पहली बार स्टैम्प पेपर के मामले में सामने आए,तब उसे कोई नहीं जानता था । मुबई पुलिस जब तेलगी को कोर्ट मे पेश करती है, तो इसके एक के बाद एक मामलों का खुलासा होता है।इसके बाद तेलगी के लिए स्पेशियल इन्वेस्टिगेशन टीम बनाई जाती है।जिसने तेलगी को रंगे हाथों पकड़ने की कसम खाई थी।लेकिन तेलगी के खिलाफ पुलिस को कभी पक्के सुबूत नहीं मिले।दोहाजार एक से दोहाजार तीन तक पूछताछ के नाम पर तेलगी सिर्फ पुलिस अधिकारियों को घुमाते रहे।मजे की बात तो यह है की,तेलगी जहां से स्टैम्प पेपर छापता था, वो स्थान रहस्य बन कर रह गई है।किसी को उसके बारे मे पता नही चला।
सीरीज में बहुत सारे ट्विस्ट एंड टर्न हैं।भाई लोग सीरीज को हल्के में मत लेना,चूंकि मजा दुगुना होने वाला है।इस स्कैम ने सिस्टम को हिला कर रख दिया था।
