ganoninthepit , please dont 😂 ... Pikachu lost to a Belsprout at the Pokémon League, defeated a Dragonite in the Orange Islands and then lost to Garys Eevee 3 episodes later 😂 then it lost to Sneasel vs harrison in League , and also won vs Tyranitar also in league
MP9l to be fair, Eevee was Gary's starter pokemon so he had as much experience as Pikachu. Tyranitar was at the Kalos League, where he consistently did very well.
MP9l Actually you're right, I got mixed up with Yellow lol. But Gary still had Eevee early on, it was shown to be very experienced. Pikachu didn't get uber strong until hoenn+ anyway
Realistically, if Ash was going to have an "Ultimate Team" they would always include Charizard because hes a fan favorite and has always been an ace for Ash to call on.
The win rate isn't really going to be relevant though, (and it's not even that bad for a pokemon in the first place) if it's a fan favourite and Ash is going to have an "Ultimate team" it's coming back.
Charizard’s might have only won 65% of battles, but did you consider the fact that some of those losses might have been during the period when charizard wouldn’t obey Ash?
Yea but even then I personally still think Infernape takes the cake.Ashs Charizard Cant mega(Because Ash as 2 brain cells)While Infernape and Greninja have something to boost their power beyond expected limits.I would take Infernape anyday besides the win percentage would probably still be greater then charizards
The only reason Charizard chose to obey Ash was because it lost a battle, everything leading up to that point was a clean record, but Infernape, come on man, defeating half a team of Pokemon while resisting poison, that takes TRUE power It’s not that I hate Charizard, I love him, but compared to what Infernape has accomplished, Charizard just doesn’t make the cut
@@logeyperogi1805 Well actually Charizard already surpased Infernape since the moment he defeated Gary's Blastoise in the Jotho League, and we both know that wasen't even the end of his path as Ash's pokemon, literally he needed to return to the Battle frontier to help and take down Articuno and also join the Unova team for how bad it was, (except Krookodile).
@Lord Venom Uh the last time Satoshi used him(Sinoh i believe) in one battle he used Earth quake, Fire punch, Ice Punch, electric Punch and Mega punch.
In my opinion this is the ULTIMATE team: PIKACHU:the original GRENINJA: the OP CHARIZARD: the original OP GOODRA: the perfect scorer in win rate SCEPTILE: the grass type OP INFERNAPE:SON OF KING KONG If I were allowed to add another pokemon I would choose Snorlax
I like the fact he doesn't evolve his Pokemon. It shows he doesn't care about how powerful or cool lookin his team is. He vaulse their friendship and companionship more. This is a cartoon so not logic or strategic decisions are going to be made. Unlike in the TV show, people in the real world care too much about strategy and mega evolving their Pokemon every chance they get to gain the upper hand in battle to actually have fun and play the game. Thats why I hate people who take the Pokemon to competitively
***** yeah I understand. And that also adds evidence to the fact that ash's Pokemon seem to care about him a lot and evolve during drastic measures, usually when ash is in danger.
Wait. Ash's charizard has a lower win record because it was so OP that he literally slept off and gave up at times because the battle was so boring. Ex: against that pikachu in the indigo league.
Can't forget how Charizard held his own against an entei at full strength and control the entire world around him, was actually winning for the majority of it.
Pikachu : beats a golem with thunderbolt Also pikachu:beats a dragonite Still pikachu:beats a tyranatar Again pikachu: beats a regice Still the level 100 pikachu: loses to a level 5 snivy with no experience despite hitting a perfect quick attack and knowing iron tail and the snivy never battled Also pikachu: creates an electro ball the size of a house Still pikachu: loses bad to a grubbin that only used tackle once in battle and string shot to pull it in for the tackle A wild grubbin
I agree with everything on the list...But get ready for "butt hurt Charizard stuff">:) It's kind of unfair to blindly look at charizard's record considering how 2 of his major losses were arguably plot bullshit. 1. I don't see how Charizard being op early in the series is a negative 2. We all know damn well Charizard would've mopped the floor with Ritchies team if charizard just felt like fighting half assed. 3. Charizard's loss vs Blaziken the next season was the usual plot bs to make Ash lose. (like greninja vs charizard x) By far my biggest disappointment with the series writers. 4. Defeating an Articuno is still a better feat than any single match up Infernape had. For gods sake it's a legendary.
@@missileslayz7772 I agree 100%. But he made it sound like defeating an anime Articuno and frontier brain was nothing special. That was one of Ash's greatest feats.
@@Helleuw123 Charizard bet Gary's Scizor, Golem and then Blastoise consecutively in one battle. It literally turned the battle around. People always seem to forget the first two.
it was even stated in anime and movies that he was the strongest charizard ever after the training it went through, and it lost all the time because it just refused to fight anyone that it deemed not strong enough, it slept most of the time and really only woke up and started fighting after Blaine's magmar which it did deem strong enough to suplex it into a volcano, so really it's a pride thing, also haven't kept up recently but can ash mega evolve charizard
Krookidile: Hey Snorlax, we tied and I think I actually won. He just didn’t want to hurt your feelings Snorlax: I know 6 moves Krookidile: .... Snorlax: u bot
Talonflame is having a looseing record , seriously , he fought Moltress and when he was fletchling he defeated a Talonflame which was undefeated at that time
Charizard's win/loss rate is due to the start of his time with Ash and not being controlled properly. We've also had hints of a Mega Charizard with Ash, although which type hasn't been specified.
Probably Y since Alain has X. Maybe Ash will show Alain his Charizard in a battle and Alain being interested in Ash's capabilities hands him a megastone
"Infernape took out Paul's half team" Charizard be like: Dude I took out Gary's half team, even when 2 of them had serious type advantage against me ....
OK whats funny is that he 1 shot Gary's Gollem with a Dragon Rage!! Always doing 50 damage. So Gary's Gollem would have to have 50 hp. But The thing is during Paul's battle Infernape suffered from the toxic spikes laid down by Paul's Drapion. So Infernape out scores Charizard in this case.
@@Dr._is_sleepy well then neither can you ignore the absurd fact that infernape landed a 'not very effective' mach punch (¼th effective to be exact) on a ninjask that had not taken any damage and still knocked it out?!
I personally think that while having two fire types is a bit of a bad thing, they are so amazing that neither of them can be excluded from his ultimate team. So for me it would be Pikachu, Infernape, Charizard, Sceptile, and greninja these five are without question his best pokemon and then the last one gets a bit harder to pick between. Snorlax, heracross, and a couple others could fit the slot nicely. But if we are talking about the ultimate team I feel like charizard can't be left out.
THIS. Charizard must still be Ash's second strongest pokemon after Ash-Greninja so there is no way it would be left out. Goodra on the other hand has done nothing really, the only plus side being that it is a pseudo legendary, which doesn't make pokemon strong by itself. Goodra has no powerful feats so there is no reason it would be on Ash's ultimate team over something like Charizard.
+Kraig Warnock but defeated a dragonite, gyrados, latios (ik he also fainted) and numerous other powerful Pokémon...you could say ash's pikachu got "his lvl reset" because he entered a new region(unova) for the first time and started his journey from "scratch" you could say...that happens all the time like losing to elekid in sinnoh etc.
Well so far in the tourment he has just used his kalos team. Unless he uses a different team for the finals it looks like his ultimate team is just his kalos one
+William Greene Ash outside of indigo (Original) Has NEVER opened and closed with the same team. He's always brought in big guns for special matches. Until the match with Gary Charizard had yet to take the field the entire tournament. And for that one he left out Pikachu which would have been a HUGE help against Blastoise. Honestly I expect a few different things to happen. 1: That Legendary Evolution Ash figured out? It isn't going to be limited to just one Pokemon. I expect Pikachu to join this party. If that happens. It's got two possible directions which could rewrite lore entirely. Raikou or Zapdos or more likely something new. Charizard might not have the best record but It does have a huge tactical advantage which while in GAME terms it does not factor in, it DOES in the Anime. And that's flight. 2: I Think ash is going to find a Legendary Pokemon for the first time in the Anime. Either a special guest, or the real deal. Pokemon is at a crossroads.
Btw, who says infernape and charizard cant be in the samw team? charizard has to be in the team. Win rate doesnt matter becuz youre not including the bond they have with their trainers. Real list should be 1.) Pikachu 2.) Charizard 3.) Goodra 4.) Sceptile 5.) infernape. 6.) Grenninja. This makes sense becuz infernape is almost as good as charizard but better than Snorlax. They both should be in the team. Grenninja has the bond so does pikachu. Sceptile is a beast who has defeated a legendary pokemon( charizard has too and has fair pretry well against others). Goodra is too op. BOOM
Ash Dream team - Misty - May - Dawn - Iris - Serena - Brock Brock Dream Team - Every Agent Jenny - Every Nurse Joy - Every beautiful girls - Girls - More Girls - Ash XD! I couldn't resist making this joke lol
YouKENTdoThat! Agreed. Im surprised ppl cant see that infernape and charizard can both be in it. They both are better than snorlax so snorlax shouldnr even be in the ultimate team
It’s not the first time ash hasn’t. Owned two of the same types.. but each one can cover for the other. Not to mention charizard has more diverse moves.
Win % shouldn't really be the pokemon's fault though, should be Ash's, especially with Charizard. Most losses with him was because he didn't have control or didn't know how to use him. Also the newer pokemon should theoretically all have higher win % because of him being a better trainer so if they aren't significantly higher, by "logic" and your "win % theory affecting the rank of best team", they shouldn't even be considered over many of his OG pokemon if he brought them out now.
U can't look at the win loss percentage when it comes to ashs pokemon. Charizard has literally came out on top in fights against legends. I can guarantee in a battle Royale with all ashs pokemon fighting eachother it's gonna be charizard at the top or grininja.
@@boltenforlifebonnie1964 yep even if you are Ash in a pokemon Game and encountered Red and Red lose to you even though it is impossible because of the Gamfreak not letting red use his legendaries just a freaking ass Pikachu.
Depends.. have to rotate between charizard and infernape in case if there is an aerial battle.. and snorlax if he battles with dragon types or low key cheaters like Tobias😂
Charizard is ultimately the strongest Pokemon he has. Why? It took out Legendaries before, not just wild legendaries, but legendaries owned by the most elite trainers. Looking at win percentage, Charizard has only lost 1 match to Harrison's Blaziken after being sent to training at the Charizard valley. That's since season 2. Charizard only gets stronger.
+Swarnim “MinRaws” Arun On Serebii.net there is a newly confirmed Pokemon who is now able to cause damage to poison and steel type Pokemon. It is a poison and fire type Pokemon.
Pikachu, Goodra, Snorlax, Greninja, Charizard, Sceptile. You put Sceptile on there for taking out a Darkrai but you won't put Charizard on there for taking out Articuno
jose leon No Articuno just has to stay in the air and use flying moves which are super effective on Infernape, Charizard could take him on because he could fly.
Articuno didn't have a perfect win rate vs every single gym leader in Sinnoh and many of Sinnoh's top trainers and mowing down 6 pokemon in a row with relative ease
Charizard had type advantage over Articuno, Sceptile defeated a legendary with no type advantage at all. Charizard is awesome, but its battle against Dusclops was a massive letdown
Ash's actual best team 1.Greninja (He has almost beat the champions best pokemon) 2.Goodra (He has a perfect 100% Battle win ratio and has great moves) 3.Snorlax (He knows 6 moves and has taken over 5 close combats) 4.Sceptile (He has beaten a Darkria in a battle and is very close to Ash) 5.Pikachu (Obviosly he is argueably Ash's strongest pokemon and Ash would never leave Pikachu out despite losing to a lvl 5 Snivy :/) AND 6. Charizard OR Infernape (Both have alot of raw power and despite Charizard not listening to Ash in the first few episodes or battles he is still force to be reckoned with and Infernape is a Very strong pokemon and has a very high win loss ratio)
Finally an ultimate team analysis I agree with. Man I wish I found your channel sooner. However, Goodra actually doesn't have a flawless win rate though, the chart was made pre-kalos league where goodra actually held ash back somewhat. If ash evolved his gibble it would have the same BST and considering it's accomplishment to screentime ratio, I do think garchomp would have a slight edge.
exactly charizard beats infernape ughh im annoyed that anyone would even think of not putting charizard in ash's team but then again its his opinion so i cant do anything about it
Charizard is the best Pokemon Ash has ever gotten. I have never seen a starter ever been so loved & appreciated by fans. He helped Ash always at the worst time. Also the story behind how he got charmander was great
But Snorlax knows 6 moves SIX no pokemon in exitace has ever done that he is lke a got or sumthing plus snorlax took over 2000 kicks and punches from the most affective type against it and won by a mile TWICE
Infernape ALSO was one of the best starters he's gotten. And it ALSO had a good backstory. Both Charmander and Chimchar were abandoned by its past trainer. Both were shown pretty strong in the anime. Charizard beat articuno! Infernape beat electivire (uh k). Charizard beat a legendary, but don't forget he had an upper hand. Infernape didn't have an advantage. Soooooo... Yeah. But Charizard refused to battle! That's awful! Charizard VS sparky the pikachu. Ash LOST because of charizard :( but that's just one battle. Charizard overall IS the stronger pokemon. But due to personality he didn't make the list. He refuses to battle. But who knows he MIGHT make it :D
*If ash had this team, no one could defeat him!!* 1) *Pikachu* --- Its speed and thunder power makes it the most powerful 2) *Greninja* --- Ash and Greninja's bond makes him very powerful! 3) *Charizard* --- It is unarguably one of the most powerful Pokémon Ash ever had! He is an absolute powerhouse! He defeated almost everyone he battled! 4) *Sceptile* --- It is also very very powerful and deserve to be one of Ash's pokemon 5) *Infernape* --- I don't think I have to tell anything about it 6) *Snorlax* --- Though Snorlax sleeps all day, but when it comes to battle, he is a beast!
Pie8Peas infernape is much more versatile than blaziken, who is only in ubers bc of speed boost. Not to mention protect is a must on speed boost blaziken in order to out speed most uber threats. Infernape can be banded, specs, mixed, or can be a dedicated stealth rocker and has access to u-turn js
@Soniboy_ DK agreed though at least part of that is because the show ultimate team is all grounded and most can barely jump. a flying/levetator can just park themselves up and rain ranged death from above with little opposition. And before any coments on this I am using anime battle logic with options like melt the arena or fly away, not game logic of stand there and get punched by whatever.
1.Charizard (destroyed articuno, aerodactyl, blastoise and a number of srong opponents, held his own against a virutally invincible imagination entei, constantly improving, the bastard is probably level infinite) 2.Infernape (wild as fck, like you said: killed off half of Paul's team and a high win percentage) 3.Sceptile (probably the fastest and most agile pokemon ash ever trained) 4.Bulbasaur (when charizard failed to defeat dusclops, this little fcker used his entire arsenal and strenght to defeat it, plus it is the leader of all pokemon at oak's lab, which means it has a strong personality and determiantion) 5.Snorlax (if pokemon were an mmorpg, this guy would be a fcking indestructible tank) 6.KIngler (With basically 0 fighting experience he carried ash through the pokemon league, with all the years he spent at oak's, who knows how strong he might have gotten?)
true, but lets not forgot other battles regarding ash's charizard, it beat the orange island champs dragonite, a champion, it stood up to an entei created from a army of uknown, It beat Gary's Blastoise! Iris's own dragonite got it's ass kicked as well allong with many other tough fights throughout the early show, So while i personally do prefer Infernape, i can't say for that infernape is better or more powerful than Ash's charizard
I see no pikachu realistically Ash would never leave him out in a million years I see no greninga realistic ly Ash would never leave him out as he would beat most if not all in the team you said I see no goom whatever his name is realistically you haven't seen the more recent series'
Wait. Are you saying Greninja isn't good enough to be on the team? Greninja almost defeated the Kalos Champ's Pokémon, something that none of Ash's Pokémon has done before. The only reason they didn't win was because Ash passed out. Even Diantha said one more hit and Gardevoir would have been out.
I agree that infernape is better But I wish the chart said how many wins out of how many battles because the percentage are confusing everyone. If you only battle 3 times and win all of them you have 100%. If you battle 50 times and win 25. You have 50% but you've still won more battles. I'm just aging you shouldn't go off of percentage directly
Apocalyptic Reality shows it was more of a joke, but my point still stands.and most of the battle occurred when before he was Talonflame. also ash didn’t have it for multiple gens and Talonflame didn’t have a type advantage.also moltres is way better then articino
Apocalyptic Reality Shows nah cause he didn’t need training.charizard needs training or he won’t even listen to ash.also Talonflame plus bravebird meme
My Opinion Is 1.Pikachu(Of course man ,no doubt at all) 2.Goodra(only pseudo legendary owned by ash) 3.Greninja(Special bond/connection with ash) 4.Sceptile(He had won a lot of battles ) 5.Charizard(There is no flying type on team ,so charizard is important BTW he is powerful too) 6.Snorlax (He knows six moves )
There's really no reason why an anime pokemon shouldn't be able to use more than 4 moves. The limitation exists in the games to prevent broken play among other things, but realistically (a term I use liberally when applied to mice that shoot electricity), it makes no sense. What, a pokemon can no longer Bite its opponents if it already has 4 moves? A pokemon can only shoot fire in the form of a star and not a straight shot if it knows Fire Blast, but not Flamethrower? It's REALLY silly.
+TheAltrox people say that sun and moon will be the end so maybe that's way cuz they closing (rebooting) but yea it's rlly dumm. I agree fire blast and flamthrower are pretty much the same just spits out fire differently
Why are you forgetting the fact that Charizard hold his own again Entei, lost to Dusklops only because Ash was idiot and used Seismic toss on it TWICE, destroyed Gary Oak- 1 shoted his Golem and his Scizor while for last it beat his Blastoise. The biggest feat for Infernape is that it beat Paul's Electivire but Paul got rekt by Brandon while Charizard hold his own against Brandon and as I have said- he lost because Ash is a noob. And Charizard is not losing his strength not training because in BW it had no problem fighting Dragonite, let's be honest he would have won. Charizard > Infernape but I guess they can rotate in the team, Infernape's Blaze is a powerful mode.
exactly, and charizard also took out half of its opponents in the johto gym battle. Charizard has been around longer and plot is the reason it technically lost more. smh
Wallie _ Lol that is so ignorant... Losing to Blaziken but destroying Gary in the previous match are you neglecting that fact? Who else in Ash's team by that time could take Blastoise?? No one. Ash would never even get to fight Blaziken without Charizard and he lost because he was tired from the battle with Gary. And then again there was no other poke that Ash could have used against Blaziken at that point...
Ashes team: the legendary Pokémon he didn't catch The legendary Pokémon he didn't catch The legendary Pokémon he didn't catch The legendary Pokémon he didn't catch The legendary Pokémon he didn't catch Who had a transformation unheard of for 5000 years
@Yosef Meghnagi I would if it was level 100 For example, my X and Y lucario that's a special set(it gets more coverage with a special set and the special attack is pretty great)
1. Pikachu- because it’s mandatory, and because of plot armor 2. Snorlax- incredible stats, moves, and power 3. Greninja- a mega evolution that doesn’t waste the use of a keystone per battle, and is very strong. 4. Charizard- I picked him over Infernape because of Mega Evolution opportunities 5. Krookodile- he seems to grow quickly and is quite powerful, with enough time he could be amazing. 6. Sceptile- rounds out his team a little, strong, and mega evolution potential
@@bklostarmy6801 competitive Pokemon is scary man... There is a reason most ppl's can't beat battle frontier like post game stuff, let alone beating real people online.
Well to be fair, Rest is just falling asleep, which any pokemon can do without having to learn a move, body slam is just him jumping and falling, which again is something that any pokemon with legs can do, and headbutt... is a headbutt. But all things considered, I do think Snorlax deserves a spot.
"Strong Pokémon. Weak Pokémon. That is only the selfish perception of people. Truly skilled Trainers should try to win with the Pokémon they love best." - Karen
Pikachu, Charizard, Greninja, Snorlax, Heracross and Sceptile. Charizard might have less winning percentage than infernape but let’s be real he fought against Magmar, Poliwhirl, Dragonite from Johto series. Clair’s dragonair. Took down Alakazam and Marowak with Pikachu tag team battle.Took down a Taurus with a single attack. Legendaries Entie and Articuno. Gary’s Scizor, Golem and Blastiose. So yeah Charizard is a beast hands down.
MoonSilhouette77 do you know why the winning rate is higher for infernape? It is because Charizard has been in more battles than infernape. If it had to be Charizard vs infernape, Charizard would win easily.
he's also forgetting significance of the battles fought in. As well as the movies. He's also limiting the anime to a 4 move pool which was never a thing in the anime ever.
I really want to see Ash bring back Charizard for the Kalos League. I want to see Ash win the entire League with Charizard. Charizard who lost him his first League. I want to see Ash's Charizard Mega Evolve and destroy.

With me, I do not know who I would use either when you did slot 5... I am a little 50/50 on that myself. I would LOVE to say I would have Snorlax there, just because he is one of my favorite first generation Pokemon, and always had him in my personal team against the Elite Four in the first generation games... But Krorkarork ( sorry for the spelling lol ), would be my very next choice in that current situation... I loved using him, even in the X and Y version :) ... Great video my friend. One of my newest favorite of any Pokemon video theories. Keep up the great job!

Keep up the great videos like I said tho! Looking forward to more! And... You think maybe we could do something in the future of a battle video or something?
+JPRPokeTrainer98 honestly u got to rember the pokemon anime are known to have a bit of drama so I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there's an whole episode about ask haveing a dream about butterfree and then going out to find it sooooo I with all due respect don't think the team u chose is correct and also with the drama charizard WILL COME BACK its just something that has to happen but mabey not
+JPRPokeTrainer98 I think what you put up would be ash's ultimate team. Though I may put grenninja on the first slot because of its syncroevolution thing.
In a battle between charizard and infernape u didn't count the fact that charizard has type advantage plus in ashes ultimate there r no flying types So having charizard would make the team more even in types which is important in EVERY POKEMON team (My opinion)
He wasn't putting them 1 on 1, he was comparing how they do against other pokemon. Also, flying type isn't that important since it's one of the worst types in the game.
You hush your mouth!!! Flying Pokémon are perfectly valid. And are versatile and strong against many other types. Ash always has one flying Pokémon on his team.
lafleurstudios However, in competitive play they're hardly ever used, and when they are used the most of the time don't have flying type moves. Only big exception is Talonflame.
+swatteam93 do u ever play Pokemon games like fire red or heart gold or even black and white. Flying Pokemon are very important in gyms and The Pokemon league they allow u to fly to city's and take down fighting type Pokemon and ash used all his flying Pokemon all the time take staraptor for example he may have had it tuff in the Pokemon league but he had some bad ass moves. I'm talking brave bird , Ariel ace , HE EVEN KNOWS CLOSE COMEBACKS a fighting type move.

In my opinion this is the ULTIMATE team:
PIKACHU:the original
GRENINJA: the OP
CHARIZARD: the original OP
GOODRA: the perfect scorer in win rate
SCEPTILE: the grass type OP
INFERNAPE:SON OF KING KONG
If I were allowed to add another pokemon I would choose Snorlax
Awais Akhtar i wouldnt add infernape and charizard to the same team
@Rewantaa the thing is 2 fire types but their fking infernape and xharizard so i agree
Goodra perfect record fought like 3 times.... then lost soits win rate is 60... after losing again
I will also add Snivy
Infernape isn't that op smh
Now if Ash would frickin evolve his Pokemon this discussion would've been a lot less obvious
+France Smoutherson you know what that's a good point but sadly I over analyse Pokemon to but I like the forts of friendship
I know right, it was a flippin' boss! It could mega evolve, too! So it could get Blast Burn and better fire type moves, plus it's just a boss.
+Cyrus Stratton but you have to realize we don't know which mega form it will get. fire-Dragon is physical while fire-flying is special.
there is no evidence at all he will get mega charizard and alain has m charizard x and trevor y
+Alex Brosius wouldn't fire dragon be a special since most of the fire and dragon moves are mostly special and flying moves are mostly physical
INFERNAPE IS OP BECAUSE IT HAS ONLY LOST 3 TIMES
Only reason why charizards win rate is that low is because charizard was stubborn and did not want to listen to ash
so true
charzard is the best
Can't forget how Charizard held his own against an entei at full strength and control the entire world around him, was actually winning for the majority of it.
Chimchar was weak as balls
+luke keegan was now it's way stronger than Charizard lmao
Pikachu : beats a golem with thunderbolt
Also pikachu:beats a dragonite
Still pikachu:beats a tyranatar
Again pikachu: beats a regice
Still the level 100 pikachu: loses to a level 5 snivy with no experience despite hitting a perfect quick attack and knowing iron tail and the snivy
never battled
Also pikachu: creates an electro ball the size of a house
Still pikachu: loses bad to a grubbin that only used tackle once in battle and string shot to pull it in for the tackle
A wild grubbin
If anybody says that pikachu was Depowered. By zekrom your right but he still could use iron tail so he could’ve OHKO it
I know the suffer
Why you tell here bro go to the director yell at them
Pikachus Power depends on the oponent, the weather, the time, what it has eaten, the costume of Team Rocket and so on.
Mighty Raccoon yep,but still level 100
I agree with everything on the list...But get ready for "butt hurt Charizard stuff">:) It's kind of unfair to blindly look at charizard's record considering how 2 of his major losses were arguably plot bullshit.
1. I don't see how Charizard being op early in the series is a negative
Actually Infernape's match up of Electivire was a phenomenal feat, considering it was unbeaten by any pokemon it faced
@@missileslayz7772 I agree 100%. But he made it sound like defeating an anime Articuno and frontier brain was nothing special. That was one of Ash's greatest feats.
@@solomongrundy1616 frontier brain's are like elite four members just slightly weaker.
5. charizard beated garys blastoise beast aswell. and an entei

Facts ! Thank you. How many times didn't charizard save ash also ???
+Glo'd Up Yeap ash's charizard is a beast, it also didn't listen to ash for a long time which contributed to its low win %
That's true
he was on par with entei. that should of been mentioned.
it was even stated in anime and movies that he was the strongest charizard ever after the training it went through, and it lost all the time because it just refused to fight anyone that it deemed not strong enough, it slept most of the time and really only woke up and started fighting after Blaine's magmar which it did deem strong enough to suplex it into a volcano, so really it's a pride thing, also haven't kept up recently but can ash mega evolve charizard
I would think Charizard lost a handful of battles just because it disobeyed Ash.
ya...
true
i wish ash's charizard would become mega
+kr1spness mega charazard is so predictable. I hope it doesn't happen, and is instead given to a pokemon that didn't get much of a spotlight.

But if we are talking about the ultimate team I feel like charizard can't be left out.
u took the words out of my hands and keyboard
Theres already 2 charizards WITH their megas in the kalos league, no way in hell are they introducing ashs for a 3rd....
THIS. Charizard must still be Ash's second strongest pokemon after Ash-Greninja so there is no way it would be left out. Goodra on the other hand has done nothing really, the only plus side being that it is a pseudo legendary, which doesn't make pokemon strong by itself. Goodra has no powerful feats so there is no reason it would be on Ash's ultimate team over something like Charizard.
charizard chould be on ash altimate team
i agree
Ash's Ultimate Team:
1. Pikachu (for obvious reasons)
2.Charizard (hopefully he can mega evolve....)
3. Sceptile (Defeated the cheater's uber mon)
4. Snorlax (6 moves)
5. Greninja (Special bond OP.
6.(my fave) Lord Infernape (Goes bloody Supersaiyen 10 and rapes others).
Pikachu got his ass handed to him fighting a level 5 snivey
+Kraig Warnock but defeated a dragonite, gyrados, latios (ik he also fainted) and numerous other powerful Pokémon...you could say ash's pikachu got "his lvl reset" because he entered a new region(unova) for the first time and started his journey from "scratch" you could say...that happens all the time like losing to elekid in sinnoh etc.
Yeah, pikachu power reset is legendary.. :)
dont forget pikachu had some problems and couldnt use any electric attacks!
finally someone agrees with me infernape has been my favorite ever since I saw the battle with paul
Bro this video is what got me hooked to your channel
Same
This is not the team he will use. You are forgetting a huge factor, MARKETING. Charizard and other popular Pokémon will be in it.
Hyperion5182 Ash has also never made it to the finals and yes actually in unova he opened and closed with the same team
+William Greene He also opened and closed w same team in Hoenn League at Ever Grande Conference
Tony Chen Yea in all honest I can only remeber 2 tourments where he actually used different teams
Btw, who says infernape and charizard cant be in the samw team? charizard has to be in the team. Win rate doesnt matter becuz youre not including the bond they have with their trainers. Real list should be
1.) Pikachu
2.) Charizard
3.) Goodra
4.) Sceptile
5.) infernape.
BOOM
charizard lost against a dusklops THE VERY NEXT EPISODE

@@normahead8668 don't forget Infernape!
This is anime anything is possible
@@boltenforlifebonnie1964 yep even if you are Ash in a pokemon Game and encountered Red and Red lose to you even though it is impossible because of the Gamfreak not letting red use his legendaries just a freaking ass Pikachu.
another reason why win % is a bad thing to use is there are also flukes like a sick pikachu losing to a beginner snivy in unova ep 1
I take:
Pikachu
Sceptile
Charizard
Infernape
Greninja
Snorlax
Yes perfect
I’d swap out infernape for krookodile. No use having 2 fire types.
Depends.. have to rotate between charizard and infernape in case if there is an aerial battle.. and snorlax if he battles with dragon types or low key cheaters like Tobias😂
two fire types aren’t good u need a variety
Charzard is prob his 2 best Pokémon the first is ash greeninja
Charizard is ultimately the strongest Pokemon he has. Why? It took out Legendaries before, not just wild legendaries, but legendaries owned by the most elite trainers. Looking at win percentage, Charizard has only lost 1 match to Harrison's Blaziken after being sent to training at the Charizard valley. That's since season 2. Charizard only gets stronger.
He lost against Brandon's Dusclops too...
Yeah, that was due to Ash's stupidity though. Trying to using a fighting move on a ghost pokemon. Smh.
who cares
Well poison types are not poisoned they are unaffected by toxic like moves in both games and animes
+Swarnim “MinRaws” Arun
On Serebii.net there is a newly confirmed Pokemon who is now able to cause damage to poison and steel type Pokemon. It is a poison and fire type Pokemon.
Pikachu, Goodra, Snorlax, Greninja, Charizard, Sceptile. You put Sceptile on there for taking out a Darkrai but you won't put Charizard on there for taking out Articuno
infernape would be able to take on an articuno and win trust me.
jose leon No Articuno just has to stay in the air and use flying moves which are super effective on Infernape, Charizard could take him on because he could fly.
Articuno didn't have a perfect win rate vs every single gym leader in Sinnoh and many of Sinnoh's top trainers and mowing down 6 pokemon in a row with relative ease
+Vandarn but then sceptile carried ash on its back through hoenn region since the rest of ashs team was pretty much trash. he was his mvp from day 1
Charizard had type advantage over Articuno, Sceptile defeated a legendary with no type advantage at all. Charizard is awesome, but its battle against Dusclops was a massive letdown
Ash's actual best team
1.Greninja (He has almost beat the champions best pokemon)
2.Goodra (He has a perfect 100% Battle win ratio and has great moves)
3.Snorlax (He knows 6 moves and has taken over 5 close combats)
4.Sceptile (He has beaten a Darkria in a battle and is very close to Ash)
5.Pikachu (Obviosly he is argueably Ash's strongest pokemon and Ash would never leave Pikachu out despite losing to a lvl 5 Snivy :/)
AND 6. Charizard OR Infernape (Both have alot of raw power and despite Charizard not listening to Ash in the first few episodes or battles he is still force to be reckoned with and Infernape is a Very strong pokemon and has a very high win loss ratio)
Mackenzie Dewar Gibb
Mackenzie Dewar Gibb now that goodra lost is would put charizard in goodras spot
Thats 2 pokemon dude
Goodra still holds his spot for being for having an amazing movepool and has beaten powerful pokemon
the deciding this Is if ashes charizard mega evolves because infernape can't. yet
Gotta have my man Charizard
exactly charizard beats infernape ughh im annoyed that anyone would even think of not putting charizard in ash's team but then again its his opinion so i cant do anything about it
+Naz that was Red.
Colt B Did Red do anything with mewtwo like battle with him?
Yes and he caught Mewtwo in Pokemon Origins by fightimg him with his Mega Charizard X
that was Red and not Ashe
Charizard is the best Pokemon Ash has ever gotten. I have never seen a starter ever been so loved & appreciated by fans. He helped Ash always at the worst time. Also the story behind how he got charmander was great
No, Ash's beat Pokemon is his God Snorlax obv
+Soma Yukihira No Charizard is obvious better.
But Snorlax knows 6 moves
SIX no pokemon in exitace has ever done that he is lke a got or sumthing plus snorlax took over 2000 kicks and punches from the most affective type against it and won by a mile
TWICE
But who knows he MIGHT make it :D
ur right charizard for dah win
*If ash had this team, no one could defeat him!!*
1) *Pikachu* --- Its speed and thunder power makes it the most powerful
2) *Greninja* --- Ash and Greninja's bond makes him very powerful!
3) *Charizard* --- It is unarguably one of the most powerful Pokémon Ash ever had! He is an absolute powerhouse! He defeated almost everyone he battled!
4) *Sceptile* --- It is also very very powerful and deserve to be one of Ash's pokemon
5) *Infernape* --- I don't think I have to tell anything about it
6) *Snorlax* --- Though Snorlax sleeps all day, but when it comes to battle, he is a beast!

I respect your opinion and it is a tough choice between charizard and infernape, but i would have picked charizard.
Infeenape is my favourite i love the rage
Infernape is incredible
@@NotxOmnis you not right blaziken is just all around better to me but let's be honest alakzam we destroy both of them

1.Charizard (destroyed articuno, aerodactyl, blastoise and a number of srong opponents, held his own against a virutally invincible imagination entei, constantly improving, the bastard is probably level infinite)
2.Infernape (wild as fck, like you said: killed off half of Paul's team and a high win percentage)
3.Sceptile (probably the fastest and most agile pokemon ash ever trained)
4.Bulbasaur (when charizard failed to defeat dusclops, this little fcker used his entire arsenal and strenght to defeat it, plus it is the leader of all pokemon at oak's lab, which means it has a strong personality and determiantion)
5.Snorlax (if pokemon were an mmorpg, this guy would be a fcking indestructible tank)
6.KIngler (With basically 0 fighting experience he carried ash through the pokemon league, with all the years he spent at oak's, who knows how strong he might have gotten?)
this kid is a genwunner
Yes Charizard Beat Articuno But Well. Ice + Fire = No Ice.
true, but lets not forgot other battles regarding ash's charizard, it beat the orange island champs dragonite, a champion, it stood up to an entei created from a army of uknown, It beat Gary's Blastoise! Iris's own dragonite got it's ass kicked as well allong with many other tough fights throughout the early show, So while i personally do prefer Infernape, i can't say for that infernape is better or more powerful than Ash's charizard
I see no pikachu realistically Ash would never leave him out in a million years
I see no greninga realistic ly Ash would never leave him out as he would beat most if not all in the team you said
I see no goom whatever his name is realistically you haven't seen the more recent series'
I agree that infernape is better
But I wish the chart said how many wins out of how many battles because the percentage are confusing everyone. If you only battle 3 times and win all of them you have 100%. If you battle 50 times and win 25. You have 50% but you've still won more battles. I'm just aging you shouldn't go off of percentage directly
Saying* not aging
Well the bigger problem in Charizard's case is that a lot of his losses are due to loafing around and not listening to Ash.
THANK YOU! been looking for this comment, god knows how many times he didnt listen.
What about Talonflame killing MOLTRES.THE LEGENDARY
Apocalyptic Reality shows it was more of a joke, but my point still stands.and most of the battle occurred when before he was

Ash-Greninja honestly blows Kingler out of the water (no pun intended) and he was trying to avoid duplicate types.
yeaah and kingler has this retarded insta death move

2.Goodra(only pseudo legendary owned by ash)
3.Greninja(Special bond/connection with ash)
4.Sceptile(He had won a lot of battles )
5.Charizard(There is no flying type on team ,so charizard is important BTW he is powerful too)
6.Snorlax (He knows six moves )
Snorlax is better because it knows 6 moves...
Yeah its a smart one
yes it was in the anime it used 6 moves in one battle.
+RainbowLetzPlay
Where is your source saying that Sun and Moon is going to be the end? I think that the series will continue over a 1000 species.
I can't imagine Ash's ultimate team NOT having Infernape in it.
I agree
I Must Escape! Greninja is way stronger and better and cooler that infernape!!!!!!!
Charizard has been around longer and plot is the reason it technically lost more. smh
Ash's kingler is destructive, too.
Wallie _
Lol that is so ignorant... Losing to Blaziken but destroying Gary in the previous match are you neglecting that fact? Who else in Ash's team by that time could take Blastoise?? No one. Ash would never even get to fight Blaziken without Charizard and he lost because he was tired from the battle with Gary. And then again there was no other poke that Ash could have used against Blaziken at that point...
exactly thank you
did it not woop blaines magmar too???
Ash's ultimate team
Pikachu
Goodra
Greninja
Sceptile
Charizard
Infernape

The legendary Pokémon he didn't catch
Who had a transformation unheard of for 5000 years
@Yosef Meghnagi I would if it was level 100
For example, my X and Y lucario that's a special set(it gets more coverage with a special set and the special attack is pretty great)
6 metapods without a doubt 😂😂💀
YOU CAN'T LOSE IF THEY CAN'T HURT YOU.
Lanoira13 big facts
1. Pikachu- because it’s mandatory, and because of plot armor
2. Snorlax- incredible stats, moves, and power
3. Greninja- a mega evolution that doesn’t waste the use of a keystone per battle, and is very strong.
4. Charizard- I picked him over Infernape because of Mega Evolution opportunities
5. Krookodile- he seems to grow quickly and is quite powerful, with enough time he could be amazing.
6. Sceptile- rounds out his team a little, strong, and mega evolution potential
Sceptile could mega instead of charizard, so i count charizard out of the best team
Sceptile *A LITTLE STRONG?*
Haris boi notice there’s a comma in between a little and strong
@@nicholasali3566 oh im just stupid
Haris boi nah, just an honest mistake. We all make them
It's pretty set in the anime that Charizard is his strongest pokemon. You got some serious Bias against it.
No it's Snorlax. Snorlax can learn 6 MOVES
Yes he does. The fool
+Vinh Bui no he knows 6 move he can't learn
Infernape and greninja is all I wanted on the list there my two fav pokemon
me too my Infernape in pkmn diamond is level 100
1 magikarp 2 magikarp 3 magikarp 4 magikarl 5 magikarp 6 arceus -_-
wat's a magikarl
+MCparody _ my uncle XD
take that shitty arceus out. He is making the magikarps lose
magikarl?
Magikarp's brother: magikarl
6:16
Should’ve been snorlax only
Snorlax did the impossible and used 6 moves in one battle
Wilian Rodrigues But Krookodile best a dragonite and had a WAY higher win rate
No charizard did it he use firespin flame thrower dragon breath siesmic toss steel wing and over heat. And he had other moves as well
I think snorlax would have been the best choice just because of there connection and training time and how powerful we've seen him be.
Ashs ultimate team
1 charizard
2 greninja
3 sceptile
4 garmpchop if gible evolve in future
5 infernape
6 pikachu
Try that in real game battles. 👎💪
@@bklostarmy6801 competitive Pokemon is scary man... There is a reason most ppl's can't beat battle frontier like post game stuff, let alone beating real people online.
2 fire poke,on won’t work
Garchomp
Y’all saying two fire types like ash didn’t have like 15 flying types in Kalos
ash should use his snorlax. somehow he actually made it learn 6 moves.
Hacks!!
exactly you are so correct that's why I said the same thing
+Adrian Fratila I saw that vid! And I totally agree
Well to be fair, Rest is just falling asleep, which any pokemon can do without having to learn a move, body slam is just him jumping and falling, which again is something that any pokemon with legs can do, and headbutt... is a headbutt. But all things considered, I do think Snorlax deserves a spot.
yep
dude, i would have picked the same. but snorlax is the clear choice
yup snorlax for days that hyper beam is op
snorlax in master quest is op in the eighth gym battle
yeah because snorlax has 6 moves 6 I tell you
Also,he one shot 2 of Garry's Pokemon
I agree. Snorlax is the only true tank on the team. That special defense coupled with hyper beam is too good.
Pikachu with a Z move
Greninjas bond phenomena
Infernapes Blaze
Goodras high base stats and win streak
Damn what a stacked team
Great video
6:06 that's BS Ash's Snorlax survives like a 1000 fighting moves and he knows 6 moves
Yeah
I was about to comment that
ikr
Snorlax and charizard pretty much wiped Garrys Whole team
These are facts.
bruh snorlax has 6 moves on his move set
no way krookodile can beat that
yup.
but that was for only one Battle.
ice punch, rest, body slam, hyper beam, and two more(i cannot remember)
Watch aura Guardian's vid
Best team
Weedle
Kakuna
Caterpie
Metapod
Feebas
Magikarp
Wurmple
Silcoon
Cascoon
Ratatta
Hoot hoot
Harambe
Kenny Ly that team in this vid is WAY better then your Pokemon like even one of his Pokemon whoud win
+Network Nicholas so HE KILLED HARAMBE
🖕🏻
Male Combee is better then all of em, they all evolve so Male Combee is the obvious choice. Lol
Besides maybe Harambe lol
I was expecting to disagree but this is my list exactly nice vid
I'd say Snorlax over Krookodile
agree snorlaz knows 6 moves
+DryBlaster Gaming infernape is really ugly.
+LJ Buttstink, what does this have to do with the conversation.
+DryBlaster Gaming i know right
Yeah. Considering all of ash's pokemon (except maybe goodra) are offensive. It would be nice to add a bulky tank like snorlax.
My Ash's Ultimate Team:
-Pikachu
-Charizard
-Charizard
-Charizard
-Charizard

U stupid
Goodra? Makes more sense also sceptile then charizards and pikachu
Add a Butterfree to that and that is a beast team
My ashs ultimate team
Pikachu
Charizard
Sceptile
God Hacks Snorlax
Ash Greninja
Misty's Psyduck
Snorlax nows six moves
"Strong Pokémon. Weak Pokémon. That is only the selfish perception of people. Truly skilled Trainers should try to win with the Pokémon they love best." - Karen
Which is exactly what i do in game playthroughs lol
I knew he was wrong when he dropped donphan
You forgot the fact that Ash's Snorlax has 6 MOVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Protect, Headbutt, Ice Punch, Rest, Body Slam and Hyper Beam...
+That Guy (Swagnamite) if that ain't a no contest choice for "Ultimate Team then I don't know what is.
I remember that lol
Even the people who make the show said Ash's overrated fire lizard is his most powerful pokemon
"You just described a dragon"
no they didn't lol
Bum, at one point it was mentioned Charizard was his strongest Pokemon.
itskevinr when?
They mentioned it in Johto.
Pikachu, Charizard, Sceptile, Snorlax, Greninja, and Serena. What what? Did I say that out loud?
Mr.Slimey 5 pokemon 1 more plz
Jess Stevens Most Likely Infernape
Laky1234 thanks m8
Mr.Slimey lol
IdiotCuresYourAnxiety :P
also "Goodra has never lost a battle" a few moments later "GOODRA IS DOWN" (if you don't know goodra is in the karlos league )
Ray Chan it was a draw :/
Goodra and his opponent fainted at the same time making it a draw
@@elaine7277 goodra lost to a bisharp
Yeah I loved the kaRlos league
Pikachu, Charizard, Greninja, Snorlax, Heracross and Sceptile.
Charizard might have less winning percentage than infernape but let’s be real he fought against Magmar, Poliwhirl, Dragonite from Johto series. Clair’s dragonair. Took down Alakazam and Marowak with Pikachu tag team battle.Took down a Taurus with a single attack. Legendaries Entie and Articuno. Gary’s Scizor, Golem and Blastiose. So yeah Charizard is a beast hands down.
Denis Rosales Exactly, the winning rate isn't with Charizard, so Infernape is the winner 😂😂
MoonSilhouette77 do you know why the winning rate is higher for infernape? It is because Charizard has been in more battles than infernape. If it had to be Charizard vs infernape, Charizard would win easily.
lol dude we have alot of things in common like you have the exact same list as i do
he's also forgetting significance of the battles fought in. As well as the movies.
He's also limiting the anime to a 4 move pool which was never a thing in the anime ever.
Stop trying to have your favorite Pokémon on the list
charizard lost a lot of its matches because he didn't care about a lot of them because he disobeyed ash ALOT
I really want to see Ash bring back Charizard for the Kalos League. I want to see Ash win the entire League with Charizard. Charizard who lost him his first League. I want to see Ash's Charizard Mega Evolve and destroy.
do i watch japan verions with sub titles because there on ep 34 where at 22 btw there at the kalos league
the subs are fine however alot of nmes are different in the japanese versions for example ash is called satoshi in the japanese version
+Sworderkor Gaming i love watching manga with subs. I just finished Hunter X Hunter and Code Greass this month. I have never watched pokemon in japanese. Is it better?? Where can i watch it?
+Mox Mustafa its the xyz series but like 10 episodes ahead and its the same but with subtitles
Same it would be cool if for the Karlos league he chose his personal best team and won
ash:-as a good team-
also ash: gotta lose the league
Pikachu
Charizard
Infernape
Sceptlie
Greninja
Snorlax (Check the anime it knows six moves)
Best
I cannot think of anything that could be used to argue your points made... A very good video JPRPokeTrainer98... Very well thought out, very well researched...
Thank you, I greatly appreciate the warm words :)
You are welcome man! I will watch more of your videos as soon as possible. Totally dig them so far :D ... Hoping to be able to start doing good videos of my own for my other channel soon :) If you ever wanna check them out once I get some going, I can message you my channel name ( that way I am not advertising in public of my channel, to show your channel the respect it deserves ).
+Raymond Lancaon ya he's right
Charizard also defeat half team of Gary oak😎😎😎😎😎😎
and articuno
Paul>Gary
It didn't
Only blastoise
Ture
I think ashs ultimate team is 1. pikachu 2. Snorlax 3. Sceptile 4. Charizard 5. Infernape 6. Greninja
If you agree or disagree comment
So 5 starters and a Snorlax, seems legit.
@@redonyx8591 yea
2 fire types XD
Ali Al-Dieri imagine if ash used that ultimate team in the kalos league against Alain or used that team against tobias
In a battle between charizard and infernape u didn't count the fact that charizard has type advantage plus in ashes ultimate there r no flying types
So having charizard would make the team more even in types which is important in EVERY POKEMON team
(My opinion)
Flying Pokemon are very important in gyms and
The Pokemon league they allow u to fly to city's and take down fighting type Pokemon and ash used all his flying Pokemon all the time take staraptor for example he may have had it tuff in the Pokemon league but he had some bad ass moves. I'm talking brave bird , Ariel ace , HE EVEN KNOWS CLOSE
COMEBACKS a fighting type move.
***** True that the PCS doesn't see many flying types. But that is actually about to change with sun and moon. Since the islands are going to have a big flying/water type emphasis.
If this team actually ends up being a thing in the anime, I'll cry so many tears of nostalgia.
me too and it would be awsome celebrating the 20th year of pokemon #nostalgiapoketeam
Heartwarming treehuggers.
Ashes ultimate team is 6 of his many tauros
Lol I just watched that episode yesterday
agreed
+Stuart Parker ash is an idiot he doesn't actual try to catch pokemon he only catchs one that want to be caught
Ash: Tauros I choose you!
Ash: Good job Tauros you can rest now!
Ash: Tauros I choose you!
and so on and so on xD
+Latios The beast the articuno wasn't wild
Yeah, my boi's Greninja, Sceptile and Krockodile better make it in the game
