But STRFKR's sound has this enchanting ability to create a mirror back at our emotions. What makes STRFKR so emotive and nostalgic is how I, the listener, am looking back at my own timeline on an emotional level. In contrast, Kevin Parker is has excelled at making psychedelic rock much more accessible and ethereal. They're similar insofar that they operate on opposite ends of the same empathic spectrum. Just my two cents.

why does the mixing on this track sound so lo-fi? I want to hear the crispness, the detail. This sounds like it's a low-quality stream or something, like a recording of a radio broadcast.
