No, that is not serious - it's wrong! It's more than double that...

Have you checked the website though? It indicates there the fuel consumption

It's about 3.7 litres per 100km
So that's around 27/28km/litre give or take...
12.1km/litre is not for the Honda motorcycle. You are looking at the Mercedes Car!!
