    You saved me! "Triple check the zipper was open. Don't forget." It wasn't! Thank you. The video is great!

    Thanks for a fabulous video! I like the stripes vertically. I would have put them that way. I'm in making one of these right now and would be very confused if it wasn't for your video. Cute kitty, too!

    Great video, thanks! By George you sure made it look easy! I have made the Retro Sling with waxed canvas, and have purchased the Retro Tec pattern but haven’t made it yet. Your video has me revisiting this one again 😊

    I love this pattern and have been wanting to do make it for a while now but as a visual learner I was worried if I got stuck on the pattern I wouldn't know what to do. But thanks to you I have a video to fall back on if needs be. I loved your block pattern piece as well! I would love to be able to do something like that one day! Well done and thank you for the video!

    I love your bag!! I may have to give this one a try , I've not made a backpack yet. I did get my stuff to wax my canvas when it arrives though. It looks like the fleece stuck very well against the waxed canvas , something to add to my list... Oh and as a breast cancer survivor I Loved your T-Shirt in the first part of this video. And that quilt block on the front !! I have a bunch of orphan quilt blocks..

      Breast Cancer survivor as well!! 🙋🏻‍♀️💗🎀🌸 I'm really loving using quilt blocks for other things besides quilts. And yes, I didn't have any issues with the lofty fleece. Self adhesive is the way to go for sure.

    I am in LOVE with your bag! Havent purchased the pattern yet but you have changed my mind! Could you please tell me where you purchased your fleece? I would love to try it also! Thank you so much for the tutorial!

      So glad you have changed your mind! I think you'll love it. When you say fleece, I'm pretty sure you are talking about the stabilizer. The stabilizer / interfacing is called lofty fleece and I got it from Fabric Therapy.

    Love your fabric choices. Wonderful video except it was hard to hear you without the volume turned way up.

    Where did you get the self adhesive foam/interfacing? Does that adhesive last long?

      It came from Fabric Therapy. It's some the best I have ever used.

    • @byGeorgeandmore
      @byGeorgeandmore  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's parafin pellets and beeswax I ordered off of Amazon. The canvas is just your basic duck canvas purchased from Joann's. 😊
