The classic english reading voice is so superior to all others.
It depends on the context, of course. This is an English story, so it fits; it would fit less well for Huckleberry Finn.
Rubbish ! Depends on context .Charlton Heston for example wasunrivalled in reading American fiction. Majority of Brit readers on TH-cam do NOT sound like James Mason ! ( this , however IS very well done ! )
