Exactly and in fact, it's even a big fridge for an apartment since it's fridge/freezer side by side. Most apartments have a fridge on the bottom and a freezer on top.
That’s so nice that it has a washer and dryer!! I feel like not all apartments have those! The sink is nice and deep! The dishwasher is a plus!!
We use our coat closet for coats, but we also have a 3 drawer organizer with hats and gloves, and we put the vacuum in there as well. Because we don’t have a lot of jackets

I’ve only had a coat closet for 2 years😅 But we use it for the vacuum cleaner, steamer and some extra pillows and stuff. That’s a super nice apartment!!!

Love your new apartment. Almost 800 square feet seems like a really decent size. The average size 1 bedroom I have been looking at is between 550 and 600 square feet which feels small.

Everyone I know uses their coat closet for coats (and the vacuum of course)! Maybe it's because Chicago has such harsh winters and we have big bulky coats to store in there!

I would use a coat closet for in season outerwear and shoes if I had more storage in my house. My coat closet is currently my closet that will transition to a storage closet. I love the apartment, and the built in desk is key for work from home. I recently saw in Marissa Nicole's bathroom cleaning video she had a black hanging shower cady to go over a glass shower wall. She said it saves space, and gets products off the floor. I am excited for moving and furniture shopping vlogs! I hope you both have a great week!

We do use our coat closet for coats! As well as our vacuum and just a few other small items that work out best stored there.

Omg trust me when I say that you are lucky to have that fridge 😂 our first apartment had a super old fridge and our current house does too!
And we use our coat closet for coats, but also other random things! That’s how my house always was growing up too
My boyfriend and I have the same type of layout and couldn’t fit a table and we love sitting at our island! It honestly works out just fine and when we have friends over we all just sit in the living room to eat anyways!!

I know this is so late but we dont use our coat closet for jackets. But I am from Texas and its never really cold enough for big jackets so we dont have any. Maybe thats why we dont use it that way!
We definitely use our coat closet for coats! 😂 Perfect place to store winter coats, rain coats, etc. for easy access and so they don’t get the clean clothes in our closet dirty!

In my extra closet (like that one) I put extra towels for guests, and just stuff like that in case you have company and they need something it’s in there instead of going through all your personal stuff. Idk that’s just me haha
