Ladybugs are beetles, well protected by their elitrae, and are also pretty vicious predators... maybe LB can be tankier than CN and have a natural instinct to track down akumas. As for what you said for Sass, wouldn't an hypnotic power overlap with both Pigella and Rena? Sass could have the power of his own venom, like "nerfing" akumas. Imagine it as the venom running through the villain system and weakening them.

I know this comment is kinda(very) late but I have a few suggestions when it comes to powers. Adding more uses isn’t really gonna solve the main issues of the show(that being ladybug’s reset power and lucky charm being far too OP. The latter used to be a fun concept that required her to think of interesting ways to use the object and now it’s making a pillow which is then torn to get a feather to tickle a villain?). From the jump the powers all have to either be redesigned (in the case of ladybug and hawkmoth) or rebalanced (in the case of the rest.) For ladybug: her power allows her to create almost anything with the limits being she can’t create life(she can heal and replace body parts) and the complexity or size of the object greatly draining her stamina (it takes the same energy to create a gun with all its complex moving parts as to create a 10ft tall 30ft wide wall) Got more ideas if you’re interested
Yea i think if it were up to my suggestions then it should be a replacement instead of addition of power. Personally I don’t super enjoy the lucky charm power, but I think that has to do with the execution. Anyway if you still have suggestions after 3 months I am definitely intrigued.

I think it would be interesting if both Chat Noir and Ladybug can purify akumas. Chat Noir by destroying the corruption within the butterfly and Ladybug by creating so much anti-corruption that it smothers what corruption there is.
For the cat purification I would probably have him use his staffs ability to extend itself to catch the Akuma and then retract it back. Essentially have the basic animation be similar to Ladybug’s but different enough
You can give ladydug the trait of slow falling since you don't want to make her fly, for example when a villan hits her she can slowfall to the ground and do not recieve any damage, besides it looks cooler

The skintight suit can be done well, but that's when it's a singular instance of it. When everyone has essentially the same hexagon patterned suit with different colors, it gets really boring. The slander the series did on Chloe in all this.. Like, they started a redemption and a better understanding of her and why she was so mean in the first seasons. And then they made her a literal b- for no reason later! People say that one of the creators in the show hated her and so, after they became more relevant, they decided "F the consistency, I want that girl to be a bully and nothing else!". It's a shame. I think Chloe had potential as a character...and was less flat than her sister .-.
9:03 chloe is unlikely to have a change of heart so long as thomas hates her. he has claimed in the past that she is irredeemable and that marinette should give up on her. he also based her off his childhood bully apparently, so he really has a lot of animosity towards her, unfortunately 😔
For Chat's ability to retrieve the miraculous, maybe he can also use his laser beam and make a little a circle with it in the wall to form like portal to get them. And for purifying akumas, he can maybe have a cat toy on a string pop out his staff or those butterfly nets, or he can use his bell like a pokeball 😆

I simply love the ideia of boosting their powers, the shows power sistem make seens like their powers are pretty much weak (especily with Monarch being able to create akumas more and more powerful every time, sometimes even more powerful than the owns miraculous, even though Orikko have said users can't recreate which others powers, [_WHICH HE DOES MORE THAN ONCE_] but that is just another loophole in mlb logic...) About the Snake and Rooster miraculous, I think Rooster should have the power of choose a superhuman basic ability, like being extremaly flexible or capable of jump of high places even higher than normal humans (basicly a superhuman) and or the capacity of liquidate themselfs, since as far as I know (at least in the translated verson i watched) the rooster miraculous have the power of sublimation, which is the inverse of evaporation process. That made me think that we dont have any other kwami of _processes_ so having a hero who can shapeshift and/or be a "superhuman" (more than the magic already makes them or something) would be userful and not op About Snake's power: I never understuded why the snake miraculous dosent give you the power to confuse or hipnotize people, its literaly the first thing I though of seens snakes in cartoons! what if the rooster miraculous's power name was changed to ascension. itd fit pretty well with the enhancement of a single trait or ability and also is like how the roosters crow wakes people up in the morning i think. like to ascend is sorta like to awaken. sublimation apparently means to modify or divert something, so itd technically work, but i feel like ascension might be a better fit. the ability to just turn into air immediately by sublimation sounds like a really interesting ability though. imagine a whole bunch of miraculous(es?) based on scientific concepts like that. although the dragon miraculous might be a little similar to turning into air with their 3 elemental charges thing.
for a ladybug, you can give a trait, she could better feel the presence of the enemy, maybe at a greater distance. antennae in ladybugs help orient themselves in space

I think that the space time powers are good parallels on how the universe works because to create something you need space and when something’s created as time goes on it will slowly get destroyed and forgotten

i think you should stick with creation and destruction as well as bad luck and good luck since a black cat is bad luck and a lady bug is good luck. thats why the lucky charm is called lucky charm (thats also why its random cause its luck)
Just a fun suggestion is that when cat noir first gets his power, he can only go back in time once or twice and as he gets more powerful he gains more “lives” with a limit of 9 when he reaches full power this is so we don’t get the situation where he goes back in time an absurd amount of times like in desperada. Ladybug technically has space related abilities in her creation abilities but I like the idea that the cat can move through time whilst ladybug can move through space(at a faster or instant rate), with this she’d need to have a simil limitation to cat noirs nine lives, however moving through space is a lot easier feat and ladybugs, unlike cats, don’t have nine lives meaning she may have more uses of her space ability that cat noir with his time abilities My idea for ladybug’s space ability is that she can perform a teleporting dash, this can allude to the ladybugs ability to fly, when she performs this power I’d say she can move a particular distance by opening some holographic wings and a portal(similar to the burrow or coyage but opens with a five spot animation fading into one whole(think of the animation when she brings a miraculous our of her yoyo)) the wings perform a swift push, propelling ladybug through the portal to allow for some cool teleporting dash tricks. The distance she can “dash” too has a limitation in being a location within eyesight unlike the horse where it can go anywhere regardless of distance as long as the holder knows where it is. Fun fact about the lucky charm and cataclysm in the show. The lucky charm always gives a random object as a representation of luck whilst the cataclysm, as confirmed by Thomas astruc (but information could change), grants a random destructive effect to whatever it touches giving the allusion of bad luck. The destructive effects can range from rusting, weathering, crumbling and on living organisms can create disease hair loss, deterioration and withering. (Imo the show really doesn’t tell you this at all and it looks like they know what happens)
I don’t quite like the idea of giving Chat time powers, but maybe he could have the ability to destroy or temporarily disable magical objects? To contrast Ladybug’s new power to temporarily create magical objects. Edit: if you _really_ want to keep the space/time powers, I think it would have to be unlocked later. Maybe they need an object to do so (e.g. Chat has to touch a destroyed object to go back to the point when it was destroyed, Ladybug can exchange places with an object to teleport)
Rather then a boomerang, I thought he would purify the Alums with his hands? Like a cat would with a bug they find and trap the bug in their paws😌 but that was only a thought. Cute chat noir outfit❤
I had an idea for an effect the powers that cause you get closer to detransforming could have, and I think it could actually help the teleport/time travel powers be less OP. So, since different powers cause you to get closer to detransforming by certain amounts of time, I was thinking about what would happen if you were closer to detransforming than the power sped you up by. Cause if it just made you detransform, it would make sense to wait to use it until you're already about to change back. So I was thinking maybe if you used it and you didn't have enough time left, not only would you change beck, but you would be physically damaged. It could be kind of like how people get sick from using broken miraculous. And that could make for some cool moments, forcing someone to choose between saving another hero (or something like that, maybe it's the only chance to stop the villain, etc.) or risk themselves getting sick/ seriously injured. And if that were the case, maybe the portal/time travel abilities, being so strong, cause you to be injured regardless of when you use them, so they have to be used sparingly. Also, I would imagine that Chat and Ladybug either wouldn't be able to heal anyone who gets injured from using their timed powers (including themselves and the space/time powers), or they just wouldn't be able to heal themselves, since those two powers are so strong . Just an idea, but I wanted to share it. (And forget about the actual redesign, you made a full lip sinced animation for the intro, no wonder it took you so long to make😂)
I saw this amazing youtube comment which suggested how to give ladybug and chat noir equal roles whilst, raising the stakes. So, the labybugs repair the damage, but her power is creation, not repairing. So, little whispy black cats will destroy the rubbles of the building, or make them disappear and ladybugs miraculous cure, rebuilds the homes, buildings as they were, but the people who die do not come back. Doing this raises the stakes, because instead of the battle being doomed if ladybug isnt there, its doomed if either one of them isnt there. Because then the cure cannot fully take place, new buildings but the huge rubble would be littered everywhere without chat noir. This gives them equal powers and responsibility. Also, cats power should be like, chat blanc, where he can shoot his cataclysm isnt of mandatorily touching the object even if its one use only.
I love your redesign and rewrite of Cat Noir. His design is really cool and interesting. I also love your idea for space and time power for Ladybug and Cat Noir. P.S. Did you saw leaks for S5 of LMB, in some leaks there was some image of Tikkis and Plugs humanoid forms ( i don't know if there are true), can that be inspiration for ultimate form (fusion) between user and quami that you talked in previous redesign video of Ladybug?

ive got an idea to make the bunny miraculous less op while still having a power to do with time. instead of being able to time travel the bunny miraculous could change the timeline of an object when the hero makes contact with it making it go faster through its own timeline or slower (it cant go in reverse) so lets say if bunnix makes contact with plant seeds and makes it go faster in time the seeds would grow faster she could also make contact with a fast threat like a car hurling towards civilians and makes it go slower so the civilians could escape. i dont know how that power could work on people i dont think it should age them but i feel like it could make them go faster in time inwardly? like if she used the power to make things go faster on a hero for example it would make them de transform faster since time will be moving faster for them inwardly but idk. (as for slow it would just make them go slower) i also have an idea for a trait for chat noir! i dont think time travelling in the past is a good idea seems op even just for a few seconds and altho i want to see the 9 lives things incorporated somehow its hard to. So, i thought of having him have cat reflexes! like his body would act before he could think and even he would be surprised abt it sometimes but it can only work if he is aware of his surroundings like it wouldnt work if he didnt know where the attack would come from but it would work if he can see the attacker but isnt fast enough to react so the cat reflexes take action. (ALSO THE LAST COMIC THING IS LIKE SUPER CUTE WHAT I LOVE THEM!!)

Maybe he can only go back in time after serious injuries. Like, if he's buried, he can't access that power. But say he was stabbed he *can* reset his body to its state from a few minutes beforehand to better prepare hinsrlf
also about cat's time travel power I got an idea, what if instead of going to the past, he could see a few moments into the future which he could use to alert Ladybug and other heroes of incoming attacks. Something like Oda Sakunosuke's ability from the anime Bungou stray dogs

Ladybug technically has space related abilities in her creation abilities but I like the idea that the cat can move through time whilst ladybug can move through space(at a faster or instant rate), with this she’d need to have a simil limitation to cat noirs nine lives, however moving through space is a lot easier feat and ladybugs, unlike cats, don’t have nine lives meaning she may have more uses of her space ability that cat noir with his time abilities
My idea for ladybug’s space ability is that she can perform a teleporting dash, this can allude to the ladybugs ability to fly, when she performs this power I’d say she can move a particular distance by opening some holographic wings and a portal(similar to the burrow or coyage but opens with a five spot animation fading into one whole(think of the animation when she brings a miraculous our of her yoyo)) the wings perform a swift push, propelling ladybug through the portal to allow for some cool teleporting dash tricks. The distance she can “dash” too has a limitation in being a location within eyesight unlike the horse where it can go anywhere regardless of distance as long as the holder knows where it is.
Fun fact about the lucky charm and cataclysm in the show. The lucky charm always gives a random object as a representation of luck whilst the cataclysm, as confirmed by Thomas astruc (but information could change), grants a random destructive effect to whatever it touches giving the allusion of bad luck. The destructive effects can range from rusting, weathering, crumbling and on living organisms can create disease hair loss, deterioration and withering. (Imo the show really doesn’t tell you this at all and it looks like they know what happens)

I don’t quite like the idea of giving Chat time powers, but maybe he could have the ability to destroy or temporarily disable magical objects? To contrast Ladybug’s new power to temporarily create magical objects.
Edit: if you _really_ want to keep the space/time powers, I think it would have to be unlocked later. Maybe they need an object to do so (e.g. Chat has to touch a destroyed object to go back to the point when it was destroyed, Ladybug can exchange places with an object to teleport)

I had an idea for an effect the powers that cause you get closer to detransforming could have, and I think it could actually help the teleport/time travel powers be less OP. So, since different powers cause you to get closer to detransforming by certain amounts of time, I was thinking about what would happen if you were closer to detransforming than the power sped you up by. Cause if it just made you detransform, it would make sense to wait to use it until you're already about to change back. So I was thinking maybe if you used it and you didn't have enough time left, not only would you change beck, but you would be physically damaged. It could be kind of like how people get sick from using broken miraculous. And that could make for some cool moments, forcing someone to choose between saving another hero (or something like that, maybe it's the only chance to stop the villain, etc.) or risk themselves getting sick/ seriously injured. And if that were the case, maybe the portal/time travel abilities, being so strong, cause you to be injured regardless of when you use them, so they have to be used sparingly. Also, I would imagine that Chat and Ladybug either wouldn't be able to heal anyone who gets injured from using their timed powers (including themselves and the space/time powers), or they just wouldn't be able to heal themselves, since those two powers are so strong . Just an idea, but I wanted to share it. (And forget about the actual redesign, you made a full lip sinced animation for the intro, no wonder it took you so long to make😂)
I saw this amazing youtube comment which suggested how to give ladybug and chat noir equal roles whilst, raising the stakes.
So, the labybugs repair the damage, but her power is creation, not repairing.
So, little whispy black cats will destroy the rubbles of the building, or make them disappear and ladybugs miraculous cure, rebuilds the homes, buildings as they were, but the people who die do not come back.
Doing this raises the stakes, because instead of the battle being doomed if ladybug isnt there, its doomed if either one of them isnt there. Because then the cure cannot fully take place, new buildings but the huge rubble would be littered everywhere without chat noir.
This gives them equal powers and responsibility. Also, cats power should be like, chat blanc, where he can shoot his cataclysm isnt of mandatorily touching the object even if its one use only.

P.S. Did you saw leaks for S5 of LMB, in some leaks there was some image of Tikkis and Plugs humanoid forms ( i don't know if there are true), can that be inspiration for ultimate form (fusion) between user and quami that you talked in previous redesign video of Ladybug?

ive got an idea to make the bunny miraculous less op while still having a power to do with time. instead of being able to time travel the bunny miraculous could change the timeline of an object when the hero makes contact with it making it go faster through its own timeline or slower (it cant go in reverse) so lets say if bunnix makes contact with plant seeds and makes it go faster in time the seeds would grow faster she could also make contact with a fast threat like a car hurling towards civilians and makes it go slower so the civilians could escape. i dont know how that power could work on people i dont think it should age them but i feel like it could make them go faster in time inwardly? like if she used the power to make things go faster on a hero for example it would make them de transform faster since time will be moving faster for them inwardly but idk. (as for slow it would just make them go slower)
i also have an idea for a trait for chat noir! i dont think time travelling in the past is a good idea seems op even just for a few seconds and altho i want to see the 9 lives things incorporated somehow its hard to. So, i thought of having him have cat reflexes! like his body would act before he could think and even he would be surprised abt it sometimes but it can only work if he is aware of his surroundings like it wouldnt work if he didnt know where the attack would come from but it would work if he can see the attacker but isnt fast enough to react so the cat reflexes take action.

Just make ladybug fly and its all solved! It fits into the "space" category because with flying you move around the space more efficiently, and it also fits with the ladybug theme (teleportation isnt exactly ladybug-y)
It would be cool if chat had "9 lives" and ladybug could fly, but if you want limitations to ladybug, maybe make her get tired if she's in the air for too long!

Maybe he can only go back in time after serious injuries. Like, if he's buried, he can't access that power. But say he was stabbed he *can* reset his body to its state from a few minutes beforehand to better prepare hinsrlf
