I know that in the stock market , large players will “test” the area before getting involved(if they wanna buy some stock they will sell some small but yet large amount of it first to see if there is some serious demand) , its possible for them to do this in the forex market?(since the volume that is needed to do that “test” and to actually move something is higher significantly than in the stock market, so can they afford it in the forex market? )
Certainly, in the forex market, large players often employ similar strategies to assess demand and supply, although the dynamics are somewhat different from the stock market due to the decentralized nature of forex 😉
