The Bible/Torah/Koran was not handed to mankind by a god,... nor was it dictated to human stenographers by any gods; all written by men! The Olden Testes Bible/Torah were just fables from the stone ages by oral tradition... the Bible, a books of fables, was VOTED on by a group of men after the 4th century; the Koran was just the copied and demented dogma of a selfish and petty despot.... There are no gods... [btw - any objections to these historical facts must be accompanied with evidence to prove the existence of any god claimed]
It is generally agreed that three of the gospels were written between 66 to 70 Ad. and Paul's letters around 10 years after the death of Jesus. "Wrttten by men". No a very long arm of God did not reach down from heaven and ask for some paper and got writing until a whistle was blown to say it was finished. The scriptures were written by men under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and first hand records. Acrhaelogical discoveries have and still do confirm a considerable amount of the historicity of the Bible. The healing at the pool of Bethsaida was said coukd not have happened as there was no pool according to the water channels at that time. However recent archaelogy found the pool of Bethsaida. The pool of Siloam was discovered in 2005
The council of Nicea to which you may be referring in the 4th century was convocated in 325 AD and was drawn up to form a uniform doctrine about such matters as the Trinity etc. This council voted by men as you state with great emphasis ( "voted" in upper case) did not form any part of the Bible. It was an important juncture of church history on which certain matters of doctrine were agreed but it didn't but it wasn"t a further writing of the Bible.
