@@curthod7283 I looked at it. When I walked in, it smelled of mold. The rugs had black streaks from foot traffic. It was really lived in. I never looked any further.I expected they never did maintainence. It may still be in Tampa, FL. I found it on FB market place.

Excellent job, covered it all. Looking at a 2003 now in Nov. 2018. They are asking $39k. Not sure if that's too much.
