I don’t usually fish lakes, only in winter when the river season is over , ive a spare reel do u think I should put a sinking line or intermediate on it
Hi David, it depends which lake you will be fishing but if you only have one spool for lines then a midge tip or intermediate would be a good choice 👍🎣🐟
Hi Alec Lovely video, you had a good day there. What was the pink wormy looking fly you was using, an apps? And the orange daddies worked well. Keep em coming. Bob 👍👍👍🎣🎣🎣
Thanks for posting Alec, another informative video!!!!🎣🎣👍

Another great video I am going to try a free line scrummy next time I am out 👍
Cheers John, I wouldn't, they don't catch fish 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🎣🐟
See you Sunday 👍
Alec, how far are you casting? The camera angle makes it look as if your putting a whole line out.
Hi Robert, I wish it was that easy 🤣🤣 I am definitely not best caster in the world but fish are not always along way out, thank god 🤣🤣🎣🐟
Great stuff again Alec, do you ever fish a slow glass instead of your midge tip ( is the midge tip a 6ft slow tip?)
Yes, I did in this video for the 3rd fish on the Albert and Alice with the single squirmy 👍🎣🐟
5ft little dipper 🎣🐟
