I am HOOKED on the show! The show is so good and different. It’s so refreshing how a crime drama can turn into something so fun and deep at the same time. Also, never thought that Selena Gomez would fit so well in the cast.

I grew up with “Father of the Bride” being a family favorite. I’ve loved Steve Martin and Martin Short since. I watched Selena when she was on “Wizards of Waverly Place.” The three of them together are perfect for this show.
Steve martin never ages lol hes looked 60 all his life. But he looks great for almost 80 years old. Nonetheless i love these two together, they’re so funny. Wish i had a best friend in General lol
It can be hard to make friends, and keep in touch, especially as an adult. My best friend is notoriously awful at communicating because she’s got children now.

@@betterthanyourname2391 It’s okay to not have a bestie. Honestly, sometimes it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. It can be stressful and you can overthink things. It’s easy for me to get hurt and take things personally. All I want is for things to be back to “normal” which is never going to happen again. It’s a period of adjustment, and I miss my old friend. Sometimes she feels like an absolute stranger and I feel left out. I don’t think she means it, but some of the things she says are extremely hurtful m, and I don’t know if I can trust her even after almost 30 years of friendship. It takes a lot of work to navigate a relationship with kids and a busy life. I am thankful for her, but my mental health status can take a toll on me physically and emotionally sometimes, and it’s hard to put on a “positive face” all the time. I wish you the best. There are people that care, you just have to let them in. You can do that, I’m working on it slowly but surely, so if I can do it then you can do it too. I hope this helped a little bit internet stranger. If you ever want some other advice, or if you want to talk I am always walking to share my experiences if you’re interested and how I’ve overcome them.

It’s doubtful she will do much in movies but I think she’ll be very successful in TV
ill admit. Although I love Steve Martin and Martin Short but I definitely started watching because of Selena. So great casting as far as trying to get a large age range of viewers. Selena is why I came, Steve and Martin are why I stay lol

a GREAT show!!! hilarious, witty, that "general eye roll" and the way they all crack jokes with one another is just hilarious in a witty intriguing, actually genuinely funny way. I mean, these 2 have always been funny. When I see them together I think of a father of the bride and "Fraonk" the wedding planner from Father of Bride. They just work so well together and with Selena Gomez in Only Murders in the Building, I am literally laughing out loud or "rewinding" 30 to 45 seconds at a time to laugh again at the hilarity and their facial expressions that feel like that kind of genuine funny that isn't really around all that much. worth every second of your time to watch!

Martin Short always looks at him like a puppy cause Steve Martin gave him his first break essentially. Martin Short was 36 when the three amigos came out. Goes to show you anything can happen with the right opportunities and connections. Also Martin short grew up 45 minutes from my house!

Short was in SCTV before he did three amigos.
It wasn't his first break. It was his first film. He'd been on television for over 10 years at that point, most notably on SCTV and SNL.

I didn’t think I’d like this show but I really do 😃 The subtle humour that Martin Short throws into the scenes is so funny! If you don’t know their humour then you won’t get it. Selena must be in stitches working with these two 🤣 Can you imagine getting the chance to work with these legends? Awesome!

With all the rebooting going on I'm astounded that they haven't done a sequel to "The Three Amigos", an underrated classic.
I love hove Steve and Martin being old actors just act so well in this modern show with Selena Gomez who is very much younger than the both of them by age and the chemistry the 3 of them till today is unimaginable and precious 💕 They really have become besties.

I’m so happy that I’m not the only one who doesn’t like going to the movies because the volume is just way to loud for my liking, thank you Steve Martin now I don’t feel like I’m the weird one who had such problems and for that reason didn’t like going to the movies at all anymore after the one time I went and didn’t like it and this is me being a young adult.
This is my favourite show. The series was great, the second one had me laughing out loud, I can’t wait for series three

It's not an age thing Steve, I'm 24, always hated just how loudly the sound vibrates your bones in a movie theatre.
I am such a big fan of both Steve M and Martin S. I had heard the name Selena Gomez before but had no idea why she was famous...that just goes to show that the stars of the show are different for everyone.

I completely agree with Steve about the volume of the movies in the theaters. It makes my ears bleed it’s so loud. And has been that way for at least 15 years. Unbearable. Haven’t seen a film in the theater for years for that very reason.

Isn't that crazy, grew up loving movies like the 3 amigos but didn't recognize Martin Short was in Only Murders, how amazing that stuff I loved as a kid now the same people years on are entertaining me as an adult and I didn't even connect the dots. Amazing! Stumbled across the show on Disney Plus and reluctantly played it as murder isn't my thing and so glad I did because it's fabulous! ♥

the volume part that steve Martin mentioned, I totally relate to that and I am 33 years old... in fact, the last time I went to the cinema was in 2013 while visiting relatives in England and they really wanted to take me to a movie. the whole time I found myself covering my ears...and this has been my memory of going tge the movies ecer since I was a kid.
I can't believe they are in their 70s. They are brilliant human beings!

this is one of the best interview ive seen on them regarding the only murders in the building. even in the late night shows that i usually enjoys they just do not pull out their charms

They are Our generations Martin and Lewis except they cover five generations of great comedy. That's a pretty amazing feat to have give laughter to five generations 💕. They say laughter is the best medicine imagine the patients these two doctors have treated, 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌. They made my grandparents laugh, my mother laugh, myself laugh, my children laugh and now my grandchildren, ty guys for all the great laughs.

These guys came to Interlochen Center for the Arts a few summers back, and the hotel where I worked was right next to the amphitheater so I got to listen to them while I worked. I kind of wish they could have been there every night; it made at least part of my shift much better!
