Hey! Our ViewFlame technology enables cooler air coming into the oven through the vents on the door to be pressured down over the inside of the glass surface which helps to reduce the amount of soot that will stick to the glass, leaving you with a clearer view of what you are cooking for longer. Cooking with fire can get sooty otherwise! 🔥
