The Lord kept singing this song over me throughout the day today. I listened to it on my phone, but had to look to see who sang it and wanted to learn the lyrics of the words to this song. The Holy Spirit knows in how to get our attention and is always on time! I am in a waiting room with God in this season of my life. Waiting on God is not easy but is necessary for the building up process! Been going through some storms and a series of tests of trust, faith and patience with God and other areas. The Holy Spirt brought back to my remembrance that delay does not mean denial and if HE chooses not to answer me or give me in what I want, it is for my best because HE knows in what is best for me. Psalm 23:1 " The Lord is MY Shepherd I shall not want."(KJV) He gives me in what I need and not what I want. HE is Jehovah Jireh = MY Provider. I need to learn to trust (unshakeable trust) in HIM more and not in my feelings or circumstances and have more faith (unwavering faith) in HIM. That is why I am in HIS school right now! HE is growing me up. God is never in a hurry! He does not wear a watch like we do. He works outside of time. Waiting on the Lord has benefits and protects us from unforeseen harm and danger too. He told me "Life is a journey of lessons waiting to turn into blessings".! My journey continues.. This song has brought some peace to my spirit today. I will declare over myself "I live by faith, and not by sight sometimes miracles take time. While I wait, I will worship. Lord, I'll worship Your name While I wait, I will trust You Lord, I'll trust You all the same. Your faithful everyday. Your promises remain. Though I don't understand it I will worship with my pain You are God, You are worthy You are with me all the way So while I wait, I will worship Lord, I'll worship Your name Though I don't have all the answers Still, I trust You all the same. I pray this encourage others to wait on the Lord and in the appointed time, things will fall into place and we will be so glad that we waited on HIM. HE will give us in what we need, when we need it, not a moment more or less. 🕊️🔥🔥 Gal. 6:9 "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." (NIV)
