They turned out so adorable after getting over the cutting and laminating mishap. What you were saying afterwards had me laughing so hard. Thank you for the great ideas.
What a great idea Tina. I grew up in the 60's and 70's and records were all we had until the 8 track tapes made their debut. You took me down memory lane, thank you so much.
Stellar idea and lovely execution. The old vinyl truly brings the nostalgia concept to life. I love it when mistakes/opportunities to punt are left in. Makes the whole creative process more real. Lovely makes Tina, thank you!
Oh my goodness Tina. This idea is absolutely adorable. I think I might go the easy way and use a punch for the record. Just print out the size of my punch. Thank you. Love you and may God bless you.
These are so cute, Tina! Such an original idea. You said you make lots of mistakes, I say you provided lots of teaching moments. I love to see people do things and figure it out along the way. You think on your feet and show us all how to make things work. I think it’s awesome! Thank you so much. 🎄💜
Christmas caroling is such fun. We would get a group together and go around from house to house. Often people would invite us in for hot chocolate. Most would come outside with homemade cookies, and it was so wonderful. Look at these cute records...I can still hear the Christmas music playing in my memory from my parents home. A fire in the fireplace, something delicious coming from the kitchen. Presents being wrapped. Joy filled memories.
So adorable. Vinyl records are making a comeback. I can't draw a straight line with glue, let alone cut out a circle. I have several round punches I use to cut out circles. Lol, you did a fine job, Tina. Thanks for sharing. 🙂♥️
These are so FABULOUS, Tina. I will have to put my thinking cap on how to include journalling space - I've got a couple of possibilities teasing at my brain. Thank you for sharing your fun inspiration. 😊 Belinda
What a fabulous idea! I love the mid-century Christmas style, so making little records will be perfect for the journal I'm planning! Born in 1976, and I remember getting a Smurfs album for Christmas in the early 80's lol
dear Tina..what a project and the results are beautiful....................have a great sunday..........Blessings and Greetings from Daggy,Kiel,Germany☘☘☘xx
Tina! ❤ These have to be THE CUTEST nostalgic ephemera idea I've ever seen made! 🎅🏼 Absolutely brilliant and you took me straight down memory lane and I love it! ✨️ I grew up in the 60's and 70's and always loved playing my Christmas 45's while coloring pictures and eating candy canes next to the Christmas tree's twinkling lights! Thank you! 🥰
Great idea. The small ones remind me of my 45's I listened to as a teen. Sun fun. Thanks Tina. Tell my not so little one anymore hello from me and mine. Love to you guys and hugs. 🙏🤗🤗🎶👏👏👏💜
This is a very cute idea. The laminating makes them look just like a record and then putting the name of a song on the sleeve is a great idea! Thanks for sharing!
